Room wasn’t the cleanest when we got there. Stains on the sheets floor was dirty. I’m not a stickler for cleanliness but it wasn’t the cleanest. There was BLACK MOLD in the side exit room. This was not by any means a hotel you stay at but one purely to just sleep at. If that’s what you need it’s there for that.

Horrible Staff

Inoperable pool. Broken ice machine. A mold odor present throughout the property. Multiple areas of the property missing ceiling tiles with exposed pipes. A big leak with buckets to catch water right in from the dining area for breakfast. We didn’t even bother with the comp breakfast. But the worst? Paying extra for a room with a couch and not having the room type due to “unavailability” - female front desk clear. Easily the worst stay I’ve ever had at a LaQuinta. Not sure if this is a corporate property or franchise property, but easily the worst facilities I’ve seen in years. Buyer beware.

We had to leave it seems the entire hotel was under renovations it was not very clean and the suites they had included a pull out sofa and the sofa they had seemed damaged and worn. The closet mirror was cracked and the ceiling had water damage. I would not stay there! As I stated we had to leave!

Property was not maintained well. They had trash cans in the middle of the lobby to collect water dripping from ceiling. Gym has pieces of debris from the ceiling all over equipment. We had no phone or television in our room. When I asked they said manager and maintenance not in.

Went fora trip with my sister maria ethel Castillo she stayed in room 310 she got there before me she called me saying the hotel is terrible there is mold on the shower curtain bathroom door don't close there's construction debris outside and the pool has no water in it. Showed up a the hotel the lady on the front desk was busy on a video call with a gentleman probably husband boyfriend I really don't know then she told me they had no rooms available I responded her had made my reservation thru Expedia said we'll your going to get in touch with the third party for a reimbursement..

Renovated. Our room was very dirty, door to the restroom didn’t close, mold on curtains. We had a very bad experience.

The whole hotel is in renovation, the pool wasn't even open, the lock in the room wasn't there, the milk at breakfast was expired. Very bad experience. Although the people at the front desk was helpful.

The room lamps and night stands dirty, tv did not work, bathroom room shower was dirty no soaps. The door card would not open the door went down stairs twice be fore door key worked. Said the manager if anyone would fix the tv and his reply there is no maintenance people at this time. The inside of The building smelled bad. Very disappointing. Pool didn’t work that was closed. Not worth the money.

The hotel overall is in disrepair. The carpeted rooms have a moldy odor, there was trash and large cardboard boxes left in the hallways and right outside of elevator doors. The pool was closed with no date for re-open. Our room had the smoke detector removed from the ceiling and the hole with wires was left uncovered. There was a fridge still boxed shoved in the spot where it should be in place. There were no working ice machines. Breakfast was minimal. No drinks were available like coffee or even milk for cereal. I mean…just keep looking if you need a place to stay.

When we got out of the elevator on our floor there was a large bag of trash, and several tiles missing in the ceiling. It smelled like mildew in the halls. The first room we walked into had not been cleaned yet, so they switched us to a different room. Then when we got into our new room, there was hair all over the floor of the restroom and the pillowcases were dirty and stained. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a nice clean place to stay. The hotel included breakfast, but i couldn’t imagine eating there!

While the exterior of the property looked well kept the interior had issues. The pool was closed for renovation which was noted by staff upon arrival. However the room levels hallway carpet was dirty and smelled of mold. Room cleanliness was okay but needs updating. Water lines broke in elevator hallway causing ceiling tiles to fall on floors and we're unable to offer breakfast service due to water issue. Will not return to this property unless it undergoes a renovation.

Liked the desk Lady when we checked in and the bed. Other than that, it was a dive. Won't be back. Needs a full remodel!!!

Hotel should be shut down by the Health Inspector. Mold everywhere, smelled like dog urine, no hot water, no working room phone, no working smoke alarm, roaches in the elevator, fleas, stuck elevator. Worst hotel experience ever!

The AC wasnt working right. Continental breakfast ran out too quickly. The ice machines didnt work. The elevators were visibly dirty. The doors didnt close right, entrance and bathroom. The beds were clean which made the stay ok. The only staff member that was helpful was the person who checked us in and out. The pool was under rennovations.

There was an exposed carpet tac strip that my granddaughter accidentally stepped on in our room. There was no smoke detector, only wires hanging on the wall near the ceiling. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. There were no working ice machines. The heat and humidity were so bad in the hallway, and no one vacuumed the hallway carpet while we were there. Someone left a spray bottle of cleaner on the hallway air conditioner. And I refused to eat the buffet breakfast when I saw a roach crawl on the counter behind the waffle maker. La Quinta is usually a great hotel, but this one.

The Hotel is under renovation which is not posted. Apparently under new owners and management. The pools was closed due to renovations. Some of the staff were not friendly at All. Didn't get her name but she worked the front desk midlenth hair in a ponytail piercings tattoos. Would ask questions she would mumble couldn't understand her. She wouldn't even give eye contact. My son's room had alot of ants baby roaches and dead ones. They had trash bags in the hall way that smelled on the 2nd floor. The continental breakfast was not good sausage patties burned/ over cooked biscuits hard and scrambled eggs has some green color to them. The ice machine were down. If the Hotel is under reservations at least put it on the Website.

Must’ve been under renovation. No breakfast, no pool, no ice machines, no weight room. The room was decent.
