The hotel had mold everywhere and felt very inhabitable.

Dont go there , roaches, bugs, buffet is horrible, rooms dirty, smell like beer and cigarettes, mold in rooms, smells horrible in building.

Nothing There was roaches in our room, black mold in the restroom, the sink was falling, sheets dirty, the phone doesn't work and I stayed for 3 days and they didn't want to service my room each day. If im paying $735 to stay there I would like my room to be service each day. Staff had bad attitudes Never staying at a Quinta again Nobody should!!!!!!

It looked clean The bed sheets had stains on it so we sleeping on top of comforter. The door latch was missing a screw so I did not feel safe so couldn't sleep all night worried that someone could come inside. The room smelled like VERY BAD MILDEW another reason I couldn't sleep. I had to wash even the clothes we didn't wear because the smell stayed on all the bags and clothing.

Only good thing about this place was the lady manager, the “new” maintenance man and one other lady, sweet people (which were apparently off duty when things needed to be addressed) very helped apologized a million times for all the bad that happened MOLD MOLD MOLD everywhere!!!! Walls, pillows, blankets, AC literally everywhere!! Before we discovered the mold, Jacob (manager) was super rude upon checking in, we reserved a handicap accessible room weeks in advance, only to be told by him “there is none available, are you gonna keep your reservation”. When I asked to see the other rooms to be sure my dads scooter would fit and there was enough room for him to move around he told me, “NO I’m sure he will be fine”. We decided to stay because there was no other hotels available. That’s when we went up to our room to discover the mold everywhere when I tried to address him he said he would just move us rooms which he did, only for that room to be moldy too! It was a nightmare. Not only that, when a handicap accessible room became available he wanted to “up charge” me, when I was already paying for an accessible room! This is not even half of it, just know if you book this hotel it will not be a pleasant experience.

The property was under renovation. The room was missing a notification fire alarm device and had exposed wiring by missing junction box covers. There was plywood and obstructions in fire escape stairwells. The sauna was under construction and no signs or safety materials were provided to ensure no one would fall into the pit. The side egress doors security locks did not work and were broken allowing anybody to enter the hotel. Fire escape doors were missing door knobs. Overall was not worth the price and should be avoided at least till the renovation is over with.

The bed was the only thing comfortable about this property The 3 rd floor halls and athletic was horrible. No AC in the hallway and smelled as if the carpet got wet and smelled so musky and moldy! Our door was so hard to open

The problems started the moment we walked in. The entire hotel smelled like sewage, and the odor was overwhelming. We checked into our room hoping it would be better, but it was even worse. The room was filthy. There was a dead cockroach under the table, mold growing on the blinds and above the AC unit, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months—it was covered in black grime. The floors were dirty and full of sand. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed sheets appeared to be freshly cleaned. The condition of the building was alarming. They claimed they were remodeling the second floor, but you could literally see through the wall around the AC unit into the parking lot. Even more concerning, the smoke detector that was supposed to be in our room was completely missing, leaving exposed electrical wires hanging from the ceiling where it should have been. This is a serious safety hazard. The doors didn't feel secure, and the overall condition of the property made us feel unsafe. The pool was also out of service, so one of the advertised amenities wasn't even available. What made the experience even more frustrating was the staff's response. They were clearly aware of all these issues but said there was nothing they could do. When we asked about a refund, we were told we would have to contact the owner ourselves. Booked two rooms. One room carpet was soaking wet. The other room had stains all over the sheets. Transferred to a third room and there was mold on the ceiling and again stains in the sheets. Building was clearly going through heavy maintenance. Ceiling tiles were missing on multiple floors and leak damage everywhere. Fish tank was either emptied or leaked in the check-in area and made it smell like a boat dock. Cleaning staff were walking around in night gowns and no shoes. Ended up canceling the reservation as a result. Had to rebook locally last minute. Front desk staff were great and accommodating.
