Very clean hotel. Staff was great. Pool was very nice. We have stayed before and will come back again.

Everything in the hotel is beautiful.

The room was incredibly spacious, well laid out, and very clean. The pool was lovely. Staff was all extremely friendly and courteous. Will definitely be booking here again.

Front desk staff during my checkout looked too judgmental. They could maintain the breakfast better and pay attention to cleanliness.

It was very clean, very beautiful and the inside and outside. Family oriented.

Want to give this place a better rating. The staff was fantastic. Beds reasonably comfortable. Very clean. AC in our room was ridiculously loud. Maintenance sprayed some wd-40 on it but that just made it loud and smelly. No other rooms open so we were stuck. The wd-40 did help a little I guess. Dog parking nonstop across the hall. Floors above squeak quite a bit.

Was a wonderful stay. The kitchen was stocked with every type of dishwear and it even had a small dishwasher. Wished it had a Kulrig the coffee wasnt good and no sugar or cream. I went downstairs to the breakfast buffet and the coffee was no better but I am very picky about coffee and there is a Starbucks near by. The room was amazing, very clean, very comfy.

The room was pretty clean and in a good condition. It was also pretty quiet which I really appreciated. All the smaller things seemed pretty cheap. Plastic utensils and paper plates in the breakfast area, thin towels that are not changed daily. There was a sign saying to drop the towels on the floor if we wanted new ones, but nobody came to replace them, had to go to reception to request a new set of towels. When our toilet got clogged - I was given a plunger at the reception to unclog it! I guess it's the guests job here. Not the service I expect for ~$200 / night stay. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable, but that's a matter of preference.

The lobby was clean and decorated the room dirty, gross. Trouble with staff. Room was dirty, tv didn't work staff told me I had to get under the table and reset it myself, wasn't told when breakfast or amenities were had to call and ask, barely bumped a table as I was moving cart inside and was treated like some criminal by security on duty, ridiculous. First hotel I have ever seen where a tip jar is in the breakfast area are you kidding me?

We booked from 7/2-7/4 WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. After a 10 hour car ride with a toddler and a teenager, we arrived around 4 AM. There was a golf cart in the front. It was empty no security guard. I went to go through the doors to check in and the doors were closed and said use your room key to get in. I didn’t have a room key because I hadn’t checked in. I could see a sign on the check-in desk saying be back in a minute. I waited about five minutes and then I just opened the door with my hand. When I walked up to the desk, I waited about 10 more minutes and then I started saying hello loudly. I was worried that maybe somebody was injured or something had happened. I continued looking for help for about five minutes saying hello is anybody here? Finally, a girl came walking out from a room down the hall with a full on attitude, she said “ THERE’S A SIGN THERE FOR A REASON” When I informed her that I was waiting for over 20 minutes, she said “not my problem. There’s a sign there” when I informed her that I had been in the car for 10 hours with a screaming baby and we were just ready to check in. She had an extreme attitude mind you I had already paid for this room she took my ID charged me $40 for incidentals slid my room keys over to me and then, without saying, another word, walked back to the room down the hall that she was hanging out in. Also, there were roaches, mold and mildew in the room, and the pullout couch had broken glass in it and beef jerky.
