Nothing Dirty rooms. Homeless people walking in to get milk and bagels. Advertised they serve breakfast. It was cold cereal, waffle maker and bagels. No fruit and nothing else. Less than a continental breakfast.

Both elevators not working 2nd floor room. Chair about to break ice bucket no ice available. Water in tub luke warm water sink hot. Big gaps between door and door frame. Really big

Very dirty. You check in to a beautiful lobby and the rest of the hotel is trash. A lot of mess everywhere our room had poop on the toilet seat weren’t clean at all. Also that’s a trap hotel meaning people were selling drugs from there!!

Only option available Toilet didn’t work . Tv didn’t work . Old stains on walls and floors.

Stained sheet, hairs on the sheets. Tv and remote out of order. Filthy building, almost looks abandoned.

Nothing. Absolutely terrible experience Unauthorized credit card charges, dirty rooms, and hostile management.

Absolutely horrible place. Checked in and within 5 minutes of being in the room there were roaches on the bed, walls, and nightstands. I checked out immediately with my babies and the property manager will not answer Expedia phone calls for my refund. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY from this property.

Rooms are nice and clean front staff are nice and professional great place to stay

Room was nice looking and clean TV didnt work, called front desk and they said they were sending someone to look at it- they never came. Only one outlet in the entire room worked, toilet was broke, wouldn't flush, people sitting outside rooms radios and systems blaring at 1 am, after calling the front desk I guess they sent someone 15 mins later to have them shut it off. If I wasnt in a pinch I would have never booked this room. Rooms are up graded, but they still have alot of work to do.

Felt a bit unsafe. Parking lot was busy with people hanging out, drinking and smoking. Lots of noise and hanging out outside of rooms.

Roaches lots of roaches! And mold on the pillows that they try and hide with pillow cases!!!!!

The door was hard to open, the lights did not initially turn on and when they did there were roaches crawling all over the beds and walls.

But there was older Hispanic lady Her hair was in a bun She was horrible,speaking loudly about hotel we were staying at That she worked at! smh Talking about what happens at night That owners don’t care I kinda agree But I didn’t agree with her speaking loudly for who ever to hear her Never again will we stay
