Best Western Corte Madera Inn

The staff was very professional. There were issues with electrical items in my room. The bedside charger did not work. The alarm clock had the wrong time and was so old the buttons didn't work to change to the correct time. The microwave clock had stopped at 2:05, and could not be changed, plus it shone very bright at night.

This hotel is older but it's well maintained and somewhat nostalgic. The room was very spacious but the bathroom was smaller. There was an additional sink and counter outside the bathroom which made getting ready in the morning easy. The grounds are beautiful. And there are rocking chairs on patios outside each room overlooking the gardens and pool. Breakfast was terrific. The staff at the front desk was exceptional, especially Lana who let us check in early. Very friendly. It was a fun stay, convenient to restaurants, shopping and the Larkspur Landing.

The room said non smoking but it reeked of cigarettes. The furniture looked really old. The mattress had a dent in it like it has been used for 30 years. I didn’t sleep well at all because of the uncomfortable mattress. There were no pool towels and when they were brought out, they were tiny. I’ve always thought best westerns were nice but this felt like a motel for the price of a hotel. The breakfast was okay but could use more fresh fruit and more options. Parking was easy and plenty and convenient location.

Lots of amenities and activities. Breakfast included, a nice size heated pool and fire pit.

Loved the breakfast. Shower hard to adjust. TV set-up less than enjoyable. No music available and the monitor needs "aspect ratio" adjustment.

I rated 4 star instead of 5 for one reason, the size of the bathroom was too small. The room was large, in great condition, and spacious. The amenities were nice and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful. However the both the toilet and shower took away from the comfort.

Everything was perfect

ITs the best place, green for putting, pool for swimming, board for shuffle, table for ping pong, machine for rowing, machine for ice, food for breakfast. etc.

Old hotel. Picked it because of high ratings across over 1,000 clients. Trying to bring rating in line with experience. Old old old. Heat light in bathroom reminded me of Holiday Inn back in 1970’s!

This is an iconic property. Friendly, solicitous staff, outdoor courtyard is unusually fun—big pool and spa, basketball court, shuffle board.

Bathroom would benefit from vanity unit and towel hooks. Pond area would benefit from clean up - it could be quite a feature.

Single traveler and everyone was very friendly and helpful. An older property that was very well maintained and updated! Very clean and I felt safe there. Plenty of parking near my room… I will be back!

Cute diner setting for the usual make your own waffle breakfast. Loved the pool.

Property provided us with all that we needed and in a great neighborhood fairly close to Muir Woods The pool was a little dated, but exceptionally clean and temperature was amazing
