Staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Great cookies and the entrance. The room was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. We would stay here again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Even when walking around the spacious grounds, staff would stop and ask if they could help. The same at breakfast. The older style two-story design has charm. A relaxing place to stay. Thanks!

The staff was more than happy to accommodate our needs (weekday early check-in, fix thermostat, help with how to use TV). The room and surroundings were pleasant and peaceful. Would help if there was more lighting on the street in front of the hotel where pedestrian crosswalk is located. It would create more safety for walking to local restaurants.

Be aware if mobility issues because there are stairs to climb. Tv remote was sticky.

The staff was excellent and attentive. The room was large with a wet bar with an icebox. Outside was a bbq, basketball hoop, huge swimming pool and small putting green. Great location close to Mt Tamalpias, Stinson Beach, Tennessee Beach and the Marin Headlands. There was minor freeway noise and the facility is well kept but older thus the 4 stars. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The staff welcomed us warmly and the room was clean and worked perfectly for us.

The place has carpet .. old carpet. No elevator. Internet is super slow.

This hotel was awesome.

Staff were very helpful. Great location outside of San Francisco with easy commute into town if you have a car. Restaurants and Safeway just across the road.. Traffic was sometimes a little heavy.

We stayed for a soccer tournament with a bunch of kids and they had a blast swimming, basketball and golf. The restaurants across the street are super convenient and the breakfast in the morning The staff was very nice and friendly

A broken hot tub was NOT what I needed after driving 12 hours.

The hot tub was not working our entire stay and that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It advertised an outdoor hot tub. Also they served the same food every morning and we stayed 4 nights so we would have liked a little variety. Very clean room and staff were friendly.

Loved our stay would definitely come back, breakfast was great.

Enjoyed my stay will return & highly recommend this beautiful Best Western location!

I loved it and my family loved it as well the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I think it’s a little outdated but other than that it was great

i was double booked for the same night and paid .... i was told to contact Booking.com how do i get a live person, @ booking.com to resolve this the date was sunday 8/23 should have been 8/23 and 8/24, l left on 8/25
