The room was clean and the location of the hotel perfect. Easy to make trips north and south of the area and into SF downtown. It could have more amenities such as vending machines, breakfast bar...

Staff was great, but room was located in hallway that was under construction. The room was also located near laundry room, so it was noisy. The room itself was poor, because bathroom shower was unable to close, water was backing up and water flow was weak. Worst part was the air conditioner that was loud and continuously went on & off. Again, staff was great, location was great and price was great. Just got a bad room this time.

Nothing There was no staff. Rooms were a cheap motel style. Pool was closed and hotel did not disclose the information up front.

Location This was the cheapest hotel I have EVER stayed at. NO shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel unless you asked for it at the front desk?? Who ever heard of that? No ice to be found on the premises?? Give me a break! After a long day traveling this was not what I wanted to come stay at.

The pool was under construction everything else was excellent the room was large the amenities in the room were excellent we used the clean and brand new laundry it was great. The breakfast was basic and very tasty with great coffee parking easy they have luggage carts for guest use it’s quiet and well located and staff were attentive and helpful would definitely stay again. Excellent value

The hotel was very clean even though it was under some construction. The room was clean and offered amenities like, an iron, ironing board, hangers, a hair dryer, assorted towels, and courtesy bars of soap. But as an Extended Stay, I was totally surprised that the kitchen was bare — no dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, dish cleaner, or dish towels! I found out later that those things were available at no extra cost, but you had to request them; then go and get them. This was a challenge and an inconvenience for me, because I have a mobility impairment. But I muddied through… They were courteous enough to give me coffee and sugar packets, so I wouldn’t have to purchase them. Overall, I had a very nice, comfortable stay!

Cons: no ice machine or ice cubes available at desk, Grab n go breakfast was only coffee, tea and “gas station “ type packaged blueberry muffins & nutrigrain bars. No restaurant on site and none within walking distance,

The receptionist asked what room we would like to choose, and he was able to put us on the fourth floor. The room was absolutely bare, and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90's. The refrigerator door cannot be opened without moving the unit because the hotel door blocks it. You have to ask reception for anything, because there is NOTHING available in the room (i.e. no coffee cups, mugs, etc). The "breakfast included" is false advertising because the breakfast consists of packaged muffins and coffee / tea only in the reception area, and no fresh milk. The "gym" doesn't have any water, towels, weights, or mats, BUT it has three cardio machines. There is no secure WiFi, and it's spotty. $175 for this place was not worth it.

Convenient location and helpful to have the full kitchen and refrigerator in the room w/family and kids

It felt safe and was clean all around. Parking was very easy. The elevator did not work during our stay. It only worked when we got there and I used it again after 3 day. I went up and down the stairs with all my stuff, multiple times a day.
