North Bay Inn

The rooms were clean.

Well it was available, and it was close by where i was spending time, and of course it was really affordable. The king bed was pretty comfortable and the sheets and pillows were adequate. I was only there for one night and I just wanted a clean place to crash and it did the job. Thankfully Weavers Coffee was adjacent to the property which was nice the morning i checked out. Well the room was just okay. It seemed clean enough but furniture was pretty beat up, paint and plaster damaged in places, bathroom mirror damaged, slats on the shutters were broken and the wall mounted AC/Heat unit was a little noisy.

It's a good last minute stay, microwave and fridge were definitely a plus. I'd say it's honestly really good compared to other inns. Plus coffee is a building over. Best bang for your buck.

Great stay! The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Affordable too!!

Good place, not enough parking though.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. After reading the horrible and disgusting reviews, I did not want to stay there. Unfortunately, when I booked online, I did not see reviews. My bad. But I went to the hotel just to check it out. I didn’t like the area and the room seemed ok, but it was dark and drab and the air conditioning unit had yellow splotches on it (what the heck??!) I walked back to the office and said I couldn’t stay there. The staff member said she never saw any bed bugs and denied hearing about any bad reviews. During my 7 hr drive up to Sonoma county when my daughter started reading the reviews, I decided to contact Booking.com. They instructed me to contact the hotel. The hotel told me to contact Booking.com. So I won’t ever get my money back. I lost $198 bucks on this ridiculous hotel that I did not stay in. I did not want to risk bed bugs, and did not feel safe in the area. It’s frustrating that I will not be reimbursed. I just couldn’t take the chance to stay in a place that had/has atrocious reviews.
