Great room, very quiet!

Perfect for family

Our king suite was very clean and spacious, with a full kitchen & full-sized refrigerator. It felt like a well-appointed and renovated apartment, with more than enough space. The staff was friendly and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming.

Old hotel, it's just ok

Beautiful lounge area by the pool, full kitchen with plates and silverware, full size fridge, stove and microwave. Separate bedroom from living area. Close to freeway, gas station and shopping center.

Good location and reasonably priced No cafe/store

This turned out to be a perfect spot for us as we visited the area and friends! The location was great the room was spacious! My only comments would be to update the photos on Expedia because the renovations and improvements do not show well in the photos! I would also suggest they do a better job on updating bathrooms! Other than that it was a great trip!

Spacious and very homey.

Property location was perfect our stay. Centrally located between events that were planned and easy access to the freeway with grocery stores and plenty of high end shopping. What I didn’t like about the property was the layout and only a few elevators that can only fit 2 people at a time. Staff was not the most welcoming. Told us to not make noise after 10pm like we’re throwing a party. We had an issue with needing more blankets, towels to replaced. A shower curtain that looked dilapidated and was falling off each time we showered. Housekeeping was told to come and change it and I was told by them to take it off myself. Absolutely not… I don’t work here. When the additional blankets were requested. The housekeeper told to us to turn off the air I had running for circulation and to use the heat instead. Excuse me this is not your position to tell us how to be comfortable. So therefore not to use more blankets. I didn’t ask for info on how I choose to sleep or my family. It’s not their job to tell us how live while we’re visiting. The beds are horrible and felt like you were sleeping on the floor. As a customer I don’t recommend this place and I will not be returning. Overall the room was very dated , dingy and has a built in stench that doesn’t go away even with the windows open all day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in a king bed suite, the whole suite was very spacious. The pool & Sanctuary area was lovely. Appreciated a guest laundry. Appreciated the proximity to the Larkspur Ferry.

Large room with a kitchen area stocked with plates, glassware, silverware. Had a full size Mr. Coffee coffee maker which was very nice. Beds were comfortable

We always have a great stay at Marin Suites! We love the location and the spacious rooms!

No running hot water.

I didn't realize it was an actual apartment! Verycool. The hotel chain ownership has a policy of charging $20 for early check-in, which I did not see stated anywhere. But I was told this when I wanted to check-in 35 minutes before 4pm (already a late check-in time in my opinion). 35 minutes! I can understand if I wanted to check in 2-3 hours early, but 35 minutes! They told me the room was ready and all I wanted to do was use the bathroom and change, so I wasn't inconveniencing anybody. When I asked what the $20 was for, I was told "It's just a fee we charge." How is that for enshittification!!

This is a convenient place to stay centrally and along Hwy 101 in Marin County; it's easy to get anywhere in Marin or out to the Pacific Coast from here. The property is aged, yet the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are quite nice and the outdoor courtyard areas are a plus, pool, hot tub, common areas, BBQ area are inviting and kept up. Its a solid 3-star property.

Great suites, well equipped for a super convenient few days stay. We stayed in a one bedroom, plenty of space with the kids! Hot tub was relaxing in the end of the day and laundry room had plenty of machines operated by an online app which was kinda cool...

Property was well maintained, however room had a musty old smell.
