The hotel is great but noise levels are a concern. Next time I would request top floor to reduce negative noise impacts.

Rooms were well maintained. Front desk staff was awesome. Daily housekeeping was a great surprise. One minute off the 101 made it accessible to everything on our trip. We will definitely stay again!

Dusty, moldy old smell. Kitchen utensils were lacking and most were crusty. No sponge provided. Old motel dressed up.

Nice place to stay but was noisy at night. Kids running around playing late. Not my choice considering my travel was for work.

This is our 2nd visit to the property. Great central location to the Bay Area with nearby dining and grocery stores. Kids loved the pool and spa. We had a 1 bedroom suite. We had plenty of space with our two kids. Will be staying here for all Bay Area visits

Huge suites and nice pool area

My room was on the 101 side so it was noisy. Running the AC helped hide the noise but then it was cold. The kitchen was fine. My room was for handicapped people. The shower was difficult to use. I did figure it out but not until my last morning. No counterspace and no hook to hang my robe. And the fan was attached to the bathroom light so it ran everytime I turned it on. It was not needed. I did appreciate the robe provided as it was chilly.

The room smelled terrible. The employees were extremely unhelpful, and the manager was rude and unhelpful after staying there for a week.

Many things look worn and need replacing - like the mat in the bathroom tub. Also would helpful to have some soap at the bathroom sink.

We could never used the hot tub because the same people hogged it two nights in a row . But the front desk people were very nice .
