I had to get out the app to find a job number when I got back in it I didn’t verify the date so just put down that one day and I’m already staying here and I don’t check out till tomorrow It would be nice if you could credit that back to the company

No amount of Frebreeze could remove the odor from the room. Will not be back.

Never went into my room and clean that they were dirty towels, and I asked the manager for the receipt of my seven days day and she denied to give it to me.

Nothing Rented out my reservation room. BLAMED Booking.com as not informing them any room preference. Even though my reservation confirmation shows it! to take a lesser room at the SAME PRICE!! Thus us 2 trips in a row this happened.

Nice, quiet and the staff was friendly. The hotel is clean but house keeping is not done on regular basis. I had to request clean towels every other day. I stayed for a week while visiting family for Thanksgiving.

It’s convenient when visiting my husband who works out there. Parking is great. Although both times I’ve stayed there the elevators were having issues and the AC wasn’t working to good. The tv in the living room area we could never her to work apparently they are new tv’s and haven’t been programmed that was also a both times I went to visit.

I was in town for a couple of days for work. To be fair the only reason people stay in this town is for oil and gas work. The hotels floor was very dirty from all the workers getting off work. The room had a permanent BO smelll so I got a candle to try and minimize it. Overall it was decent and I’m sure it’s hard to keep clean in sure a dirty environment.

When I checked in the receptionist told me a lot of rooms had been canceled. I was lucky my room wasn't one of the ones that was canceled! The reason was booking.com had over booked! There were dirty sheets by my room door when I got there at 6:00pm and they were still there in the morning at 10:30am. As a 65y ear old, to me that's unsafe, you can trip and fall.
