The receptionist and other staff were nice.. and helped resolve an unexpected error with Expedia. The hotel looked way better in pictures. There was a smell in notice as soon as we entered the building and lingered in the room. Sheets looked stained.. no extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed. Beds were comfy (but could have been from how tired we were from driving). Breakfast was an absolute disappointment. Everything looked old, coffee was flavorless, very limited options.. not as advertised. Common areas looked shabby and walls were dirty on the third floor elevator area. It worked for us because we were already there and only slept a few hours before getting on the road. I don't imagine i would ever stay here again.

The front desk staff were very polite and professional. The lobby was large and very welcoming. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, however, the ice machine on our floor was broken.

The room was dirty and I didn’t notice I was tired But in the morning I saw dead roaches in the bathroom and the room in general was dirty , I did tell the receptionist when I left in the morning

I thought it was far from the highway but it is not and the noise is too much at night. Other than that good overall stay.

It is a good hotel for the price

We had a jacuzzi in our room so we didn’t have to go outside the room and be comfortable all night. There’s nothing I have to complain about.
