it was a remodeling the Hotel

They changed our room and the AC didn't work either. We had a bad night and a bad experience, and I chose Hilton thinking it would be better, but it turned out to be worse

Hotel is under renovating. It was dusty and leaking water from ceiling in breakfast room.

They don't respect the room selection chosen by the customer. They give whatever they feel like.

The staff was very pleasant and my room was ready upon arrival. My room was very clean and nicely remodeled. Breakfast was very good and there was a good selection to choose from.

Room was in great shape upon check in. Very nice and clean.

No hot water in the shower, luke warm at best. Dirty pillow, 2 dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower curtain. Hair and trash behind the bathroom door. Multiple open water bottles in the fridge, from the previous guest.

Too many kids running up and down the halls past midnight. Some were still running around at 5am. Called the front desk to let them know and nothing was done. Couldn't get a good night's sleep.
