Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cotulla

Surprisingly it was a great hotel stay... I ended up getting the suite and was so clean and a good size room... Fridge, microwave, sink.. a nice clean sofa bed and nice size TV with tons of channels... I always check the bathroom and it was nice and clean... I will be staying there again

The hotel and room were nice and clean but there were holes in the bathroom walls and the Kleenex container was empty. We were disappointed that the only item offered for breakfast was waffles.

The rooms were clean and spacious The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she couldn’t find my booking. Then she gave me the wrong room, when I finally got the right room, the tv didn’t work, there was only 1 towel, there was no hot water, and the window leaked air all night.

Excellent price, good breakast burritos, decent bed. There's an off-brand EV charger (J1772) in the rear parking lot - it's not advertised anywhere on the Wyndham website or mentioned in the reviews or charging apps. Getting connected (via the website) was cumbersome and strange, but eventually we got it to work, and it charged at about 10 kWh, for $0.54 per kWh. Our room was very small and facing the interstate, so the noise is constant. There's only hotels surrounding the Microtel, so it's not walkable, but it's to be expected given the location.

Ya they were welcoming to ppl who stayed here for 2 months in a row didn't get kicked out didn't leave on bad terms but yet I come rent a room on line it's my daughter wedding & my grandson bday her little boy I had all our belongings it began to rain I had my belongs outside I got dropped off so I could get ready they cancelled my reservation cause I am on a do not rent form I was never told I couldn't come here stay can u believe what they said they didn't want me to rent rooms cause last time I had stayed to long 😳wait what well how do y'all except to get paid omg so then they made me call Expedia to get my refund my phone diescharges at wedding so I asked to use there's to finish talking expedia nope u need to leave & do it outside in the rain 😭 just wow missed the wedding daughter will never forget what was supposed to be the best day of her life was the worst

Room floor was not very clean, the shower rod was patched at the wall and the hair dryer was melted. Found a dead scorpion on the floor, told the front desk and they said nothing. Breakfast was not great. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was a good location. The bed was too firm hard to sleep

We had a great sleep, the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.

As soon as we walked in, the smell was horrible. There was no verification of identify to get my key card which I thought was unusual. The walls, carpets and elevator were all dingy. When we decided to not stay after all, we noticed there were several people waiting at the lobby for someone to help and no one was there. We were also denied a refund by the “manager” of the hotel. Expedia tried to help us as much as possible but unfortunately the hotel was not cooperative.

When I reported the situation, they said it happens all the time. Imagine being with your wife and a stranger entering your room! I left the hotel immediately and tried to get a refund, but they refused. This hotel is unsafe. This hotel is completely unsafe. I was sleeping with my wife when a strange man entered our room. Courteous friendly and clean..

Hotel was clean, rooms were great, staff very friendly. Breakfast was not very good.

Good shower water pressure. Breakfast was terrible very poor

The heaters work during these cold days and room was really clean. Parking lot was clean as well no trash or clutter. The breakfast is great having different variety everyday and ice machines are functional. There is nothing that I didn't like.
