Lights and bed side plug did not work.

arrived with a reservation I made weeks in advance and they made us stand around the lobby while they physically searched the place for available rooms only to offer us rooms with one bed instead of the 2 beds that we reserved. canceled and went elsewhere but the cancel process took me another hour. horrible place

Checked in went to room only to find a cockroach. Immediately checked out.

The room was pretty dirty. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and another next to the bed that was covered in cardboard and duct tape. The whole hotel smelled pretty bad. I paid for the "deluxe" room which was supposed to have a microwave and mini fridge. It had a microwave and a place where a mini fridge should be?? The pill was "boiling hot" according to another guest, but I hadn't planned to swim anyway. The place itself is all sort of falling apart. What does one expect staying at a motel 6 though? I would recommend bringing your own blanket and sleeping on top of the covers, as the sheets looked pretty well used and stained. The AC worked well and it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but definitely not great.

There were boogers and poop smeared on the wall. And it took less than a minute for the cockroaches to be seen. There were also cigarette burn holes in the comforters. As soon as I showed pictures to the guy up front he returned my money. We ended up getting a full refund and staying somewhere else.

They have attempted to update the property. It was clean more or less. Good place to stay for the price. Toilet was running

We stayed bc price was cheap. We got cheap. Bathroom door hit the toilet so it wouldnt close. Something was wrong with ac had to be set on 68 and our bags were damp in the morning. Pool filter was not working. Tv did not work. No instructions written anywhere on how to use said tv. Bed was a queen but very uncomfortable. Only 2 very small shower towels. Would nit recommend.

They deactivated my room key between my 1st and 2nd night and front desk help is always “helping other guests” so you have to call the hotel phone to have them come to their work area. When we got back the 2nd night and we walking the hall to our room (to time the key card deactivated) the hallway REEKED like someone had been smoking weed inside the building. Husband found cockroaches in our room our 2nd night. Wall light on one side of bed didn’t work.

I was given a key to an occupied room. I opened the door and 2 big pit bulls came out. If they hadn’t been friendly it would have been a bad situation with my 4 young kids. Thankfully they went back into their room ok and didn’t bite anyone. Staff wasn’t really phased by the situation.

Photo's on the site for this hotel 6 doesn't come close to how room looks. The room we every unclean, smelled like urine and the TV was broken, ask to change rooms, was put in a room that the worker smoked in, cigarette butts in the window ledge. Room was worse then the first. Complained to manager, her words was " we are a very basic hotel what do expect". We asked for refund and left. Do not stay at this hotel.

A place to sleep.

Ac worked and pool was open. Run down location and must have bed bugs or something I was bitten all over my shoulders and back on the last day in the room. Everyday they turned over the room with fresh sheets and towels which was a plus. Only stayed for the Omaha zoo so was never in room during day only to sleep. Bonus was all the very close restaurants and Walmart. 6 min drive to zoo. And was affordable!!

The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. The bath/shower floors were extremely slippery and one of our kiddos fell while in the shower. One room smelled badly of cigarette smoke that our asthmatic kiddo had an issue, and the other room smelled like someone sprayed a ton of cologne in there to mask the bad smells. That place needs some work. The lady at the counter when we checked in was nice though, that’s about all this place has going for it.
