Motel 6 Council Bluffs, IA - Omaha East

Great customer service No comment

The room was clean with newer furniture, refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV. Nothing really, my expectations here are a basic room that's clean for a good price. Don't expect the Holiday Inn for this price.

Nothing Everything

There were bugs

Property was dirty, nasty parking lot, food and cigarettes everywhere. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Room was nasty, black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Did not notice that until checkout. Window did not close, screen was ripped, bugs flew in. Air conditoner smelled bad, front was broken. TV remote was taped together, tv had a weird split screen until it warmed up. Maybe 45 minutes.

Disappointing

the fact that they advertise a pool and hot tub but fail to tell you when you book in that it's broke also the air conditioner didn't work they claim they had breakfast and didn't over all I feel ripped off

Booked a deluxe queen room, was supposed to be size of a double room have queen bed and little living room area with couch and mini fridge. when we got into the room it was very small definately not a double room wasnt even the size of a reg size room, small cockroach size bug crawled across the bed side table. No fridge no couch, went down and told the front desk we paid for a deluxe queen room, then she told us they had a plumbing issue that flooded all their deluxe rooms and so there werent any available, so we asked for a refund and they gave it to us, but still havent gotten the money back on our card yet. Had to spend our other money to get another hotel room somewhere else.

Bad

Very clean Washing machines broken

Strange odors from beginning of stay to the end. Door to room didn’t close without pulling on handle, had to find a tv remote myself , elevator wasn’t working. Another guest was calling police about lost of items from his room. Didn’t feel very secure!

Nice staff- convenient.

All the areas dirty this Place is not clean at all. Maintenance doesn’t work. Elevator is not working. When I wake up all my room was filled with water. Bathroom very dirty.

The hotel didnt gave record of my reservation and when I had expedia reach out to the directly they made no attempt to fix it or match my cost. I ended up paying $50ish more and she knew the TV didnt work. There was no refrigerator and it was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was handicap accessible but a wheelchair users wouldn't be able to get to the side of the bed.

Definitely not the place to stay if you have small kids. Not enough hot water to give a bath at the end of a busy day. Looked like bullet holes in the walls. The smells throughout the building were terrible. The entire 3rd floor smelled like pot.

Room smelt nasty Walls in the bathroom are dirty. The bathroom door needs to be fixed and the trim peeling away from the wall. . There was no safety measure taking int the shower/tub. No grab bars, the tub was very slippery. No way to stop the water to use the tub.

Website said a pool and there wasn't one. The room smelled like an old ashtray. Also the lights and outlets did work by the bed.

The hallways smelled, When I got into the room, there was a hole in the wall with cardboard duct taped to the wall to cover it, the AC was held together with duct tape and one of the flooring planks was loosely laying on the floor. The room also smelled of cigarettes and was supposed to be a non smoking room

Room smelled like smoke masked in chemicals, TV didn’t work, found roach in room.
