Motel 6 Council Bluffs, IA - Omaha East

All the areas dirty this Place is not clean at all. Maintenance doesn’t work. Elevator is not working. When I wake up all my room was filled with water. Bathroom very dirty.

The hotel didnt gave record of my reservation and when I had expedia reach out to the directly they made no attempt to fix it or match my cost. I ended up paying $50ish more and she knew the TV didnt work. There was no refrigerator and it was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was handicap accessible but a wheelchair users wouldn't be able to get to the side of the bed.

Definitely not the place to stay if you have small kids. Not enough hot water to give a bath at the end of a busy day. Looked like bullet holes in the walls. The smells throughout the building were terrible. The entire 3rd floor smelled like pot.

The staff was friendly when you got a person to the front Room smelt nasty Walls in the bathroom are dirty. The bathroom door needs to be fixed and the trim peeling away from the wall. . There was no safety measure taking int the shower/tub. No grab bars, the tub was very slippery. No way to stop the water to use the tub.

Website said a pool and there wasn't one. The room smelled like an old ashtray. Also the lights and outlets did work by the bed.

The hallways smelled, When I got into the room, there was a hole in the wall with cardboard duct taped to the wall to cover it, the AC was held together with duct tape and one of the flooring planks was loosely laying on the floor. The room also smelled of cigarettes and was supposed to be a non smoking room

Room smelled like smoke masked in chemicals, TV didn’t work, found roach in room.

The hotel is in the middle of some renovations. Rooms are being updated but still have a way to go. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was out of order.

I didn’t like the room because my door was broken and the pool was out of order.

Lights and bed side plug did not work.

arrived with a reservation I made weeks in advance and they made us stand around the lobby while they physically searched the place for available rooms only to offer us rooms with one bed instead of the 2 beds that we reserved. canceled and went elsewhere but the cancel process took me another hour. horrible place

Checked in went to room only to find a cockroach. Immediately checked out.

Terrible experience never stay here

This place completely sucks. I will never ever waste my time or money.

The picture look nothing like the hotel rooms were dirty phone and TV did not work pool was broken and the environment was very scary

The room was pretty dirty. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and another next to the bed that was covered in cardboard and duct tape. The whole hotel smelled pretty bad. I paid for the "deluxe" room which was supposed to have a microwave and mini fridge. It had a microwave and a place where a mini fridge should be?? The pill was "boiling hot" according to another guest, but I hadn't planned to swim anyway. The place itself is all sort of falling apart. What does one expect staying at a motel 6 though? I would recommend bringing your own blanket and sleeping on top of the covers, as the sheets looked pretty well used and stained. The AC worked well and it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but definitely not great.

There were boogers and poop smeared on the wall. And it took less than a minute for the cockroaches to be seen. There were also cigarette burn holes in the comforters. As soon as I showed pictures to the guy up front he returned my money. We ended up getting a full refund and staying somewhere else.

They have attempted to update the property. It was clean more or less. Good place to stay for the price. Toilet was running

We stayed bc price was cheap. We got cheap. Bathroom door hit the toilet so it wouldnt close. Something was wrong with ac had to be set on 68 and our bags were damp in the morning. Pool filter was not working. Tv did not work. No instructions written anywhere on how to use said tv. Bed was a queen but very uncomfortable. Only 2 very small shower towels. Would nit recommend.
