Best Western Crossroads Of The Bluffs

Passable

Pool and breakfast!!

Only there one night. We had a little trouble finding it, but turned out to be unclear GPS directions. Once there, we were pleased with the location of the room and the parking lot. The king bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There was a recliner in addition to a desk with chair. The refrigerator was above the normal sized for a hotel room. The breakfast was more than expected and the attendants very helpful. Would stay there again and recommend.

The location off of the highway was convenient. The parking lot well lit and very secure. The breakfast was wonderful. Unable to turn the TV on and off with remote. Pool towels were gone by the time we arrived. Pool was not very warm. Would return again.

Good breakfast, easy access to other stores. No whirlpool

Great clean helpful Pool closed

People were extraordinary friendly. Facilities were very clean and overall, the value of the hotel exceeded my expe tations

The room, fridge, had a microwave. Pool is large. Nice interior. Really close to the zoo considering. Side doors to the outside near rooms did not latch and would permit anyone to access hotel at all hours. Not convenient for locations to eat or shop.

The room was excellent, clean, well furnished and spacious. The breakfast was exceptional similar to a resort. it was one of the best spreads I have ever experienced.

I stayed quiet and did not say a word. We were coming from a funeral, emotions running low, and a stupid comment like this was not professional at ALL. On top of that, he give us keys that weren't working, so there I go on another trip to have this fix and finally have access to the room. Staff need to be retrain on keep stupid comments like this to themselves if they do not want to be punched on the face.

Comfortable and good for the price No elevator available

Nothing after getting up to find roachs everywhere in room Roachs

Sundeep was so friendly. I love how nice is & Clean. The toilets were odd to flush. They didn’t fill up immediately.

Muy buen lugar ,me la pase increíble

Idling semi engine noise. Bkfasr was very good, and hot.

No elevator and we had a cooler, make your place wheelchair accessible for your own good.

Good

Attendant at check in not so helpful, The corner of the hotel she points to when telling me where to park & my room was did not even have an enterance, let alone being anywhere near where the room actually was. What is so hard about having a diagram showing thel lobby and room locations? Guess I will try the otherr hotels when I am in town again.

Everything was very clean and looked nice! Our bathroom light was out, but not a big deal at all. We let them know and they took care of it. Breakfast was a little light due to their truck not showing up on time, but it was still good! The pool looked amazing! n/a this stay was perfect to us.

Clean with good up keep and convenient The parking lot needs to be redone
