We had a quick stay during our roadtrip & this was great!

Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross.

We had a great experience at Springhill Suites. I was traveling with family and had reserved 2 rooms. We were going to be on different floors, which wasn't ideal for us since we had a little one with us. The gentleman that checked us in was able to make an adjustment so we were on the same floor. Very much appreciated. The place was very clean, dedpite being full. We were there 2 nights & I was pleasantly surprised to find our room was cleaned & fresh towels when we returned in the evening. I didn't eat the breakfast (I was looking for a muffin) but other members did & liked it. The only negative is the 1st morning, it took several minutes to get hot water for my shower, but was not an issue the 2nd morning. I would definitely stay there again & would expect other Springhill Suites to be just as nice & providing a great experience.

The stay was nice! Good pool (worked for what we needed). Room was nice but could definitely use some upgrades or switched out carpet squares. Beds were not super comfy. It was in a nice location with easy access to the freeway.

Rooms, breakfast, staff and amenities were perfect.

Room was clean. Had a trundle bed, WHICH WAS NICE FOR THE KIDS. My only issue was breakfast, lots of waiting, nothing convenient about it. Also said it had a hot tub, but it did not.
-
Breakfast started at 7, limited to one pass. Pool was heavily clorinated could only last a short time.
-
Pool area was gross. Bandaids on the side of the pool and disrepair.

Prefer individual servings of yogurt not a big container of self serve.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfy and clean. The whole hotel smelled clean. The fact this hotel is rated a 8 is beyond me, bc honestly they only deserve 1 star if that. First of all we reserved the rooms online for 3 nights for a total of 400 dollars and when we arrived they charged us an additional 130 and they claimed it was hotel policy even tho nowhere on the site or confirmation email stated such! Complete scam. Second the elevators were broke and would freeze and shake. The pictures of the pool and hot tub were completely outdated bc the pool didnt have sprinklers like the photos showed and the hot tub was filled in with concrete. The pool was small and absolutely freezing. I specifically asked for extra pillows blankets and towels and none were provided. Also requested no conjoined room and they put us in one anyways. Also gave us a handicap room which left everything in reach of my toddlers. The fan in the bathroom ran nonstop even with the switch off. It made a loud grinding noise all night. Also the toilet didnt flush and the tub drained slowly. Second day of our stay a rabbit died by the front door and an employee threw it in the trash can by the front door and left it to boil in the sun for an entire day making the entrance smell terrible! Also dont waste ur time with the breakfast it was absolutely garbage! The coffee was watered down and tasted like salt! The water in the room is boiling hot so be mindful if bringing children! No-one at front desk wanted to take accountability for anything just kept blaming third parties. The rooms come with lavender soaps in the bathrooms ans since im allergic i had to have them remove them immediately but i still suffered from allergies bc of the residue. This hotel is not worth the money they charge you and we will not be back! Im hoping this reaches corporate and they can address these issues!!!!
