The staff was professional and helpful. A true gem of a place fo find.

Very helpful staff

Nothing was what it was in the photos. Has kitchen in the room, but no pans, dishes, or utensils. Listing said breakfast offered and that was not the case. There was hair in the shower and on the bed, the elevator was not working, and the bed was very worn sagging to the middle. For the very few positives, the staff was very friendly and I guess the room was a good size. We will not stay again.

Nothing worked, we were put on 4th floor then told elevator is broke it may be fixed the next day , 4 days later when leaving elevator finally worked. Bathroom out of order in lobby. Dirty enviroment and really bad smells everywhere inside

Room was clean but elevator was not working properly. Was on the 4th floor so had to carry luggage.

We were told that renovations were coming and I imagine that the property will be great after that. The positives: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the full size fridge/freezer worked great! But, the carpet was peeling up near the wall, bed linens were discolored and stained, and there were some smells in the room. The room had a kitchenette but we had to request pots/pans etc. and only paper plates and plastic cutlery were provided. It was difficult to prepare food without a proper knife etc, but we made do. If or when this property is renovated we may try staying again.

This is a solid hotel that exceeds its star rating, which is good. It is clean and decent for a nights sleep.

The duvet covers on the beds were stained, the floors in our room were not adequately cleaned, and the pillows were obviously old. The single staff person at the desk was friendly and stripped the bed of the stained duvet cover, but no other staff was present. Our grandkids did enjoy the pool, which seemed adequately maintained. The price was reasonable, but that’s still no excuse for the lack of cleanliness.

The hotel is an extended stay hotel so it was very quiet! The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was a great experience.

Rooms were pretty clean and the kitchenette was lovely. Beds were really really small
