The room was very clean and smelled good. Not like a typical hotel/motel. The front desk staff were very friendly and always acknowledged you. It was a great experience.

Very clean, smelled nice both upon entering the property and also the room which is a touch above most places. Has shuttles to the OMA airport. ~100$ a night is a bit pricey but if youre on a vacation its not a bad cost and I could definitely hang out in the room all day if I needed to.

Nice place, not much choice for breakfast tho, and not included. Seemed a bit understaffed as we had to wait quite a while to check in and for food

This hotel seemed newer, it’s very nice and functional rooms! Loved the location and ease to the Zoo and restaurants. The lobby was very nice and a pretty large indoor pool was very surprising! Parking was great, would stay at this location again!

There was no airport shuttle first thing in the morning, started up at 11:00 am. Good for arrivals but not for us folks departing. Our bathroom sink was solidly clogged on a Sunday night, so no relief there. There is a bar, but food options are very limited. You'll have to drive elsewhere.

The hotel was clean, the staff we encountered were very nice and we had no real issues. My only feedback would be to please do something different with the shower. Water pressure was terrible and showering in a clear glass half wall under a spotlight is not what I call a good time. The room can’t even get warm. It wasn’t great. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Also the crooked furniture was a weird design choice.
