Good breakfast. Clean room.

Overall, the room was decent for the price. The walls were pretty banged up, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very willing to help with any concerns. The breakfast was good…the usual hotel breakfast offering.

Great staff and good place. Breakfast was good, but in a small area. They open up the meeting room next to the breakfast area... I missed it on the first day:) Walls might be thin or it is from having a connecting room.. the noise from the other room can be heard (sorry to the next door neighbors for having my TV up loud). all in all would stay here again. again Great Staff.

Breakfast was average. Elevator slow and dated. Staff was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Overall about a 3.75.

Nice place very small room not many extras with the room. Breakfast was a bit cold but overall staff and hotel was nice for a quick stay.

Stay here every time I am in Omaha/Council Bluffs for business. Clean, convenient, quiet, great staff, good breakfast.

Do not stay here. It is a terrible hotel. Staff refused to document if anything goes wrong. Our toilet was broken. Maintenance did not come to fix it. Our room was left open by housekeeping while we were gone, but the housekeeper didn’t make our beds. Someone could’ve stolen our belongings. When alerted they choose to do nothing and will not refund or compensate. The bathrooms were dirty. The breakfast was terrible. I could go on, but you get the gist.

Decent room. Updated decor. Liked the white bedding. My kids liked the “window bed” parking was fine. Parking lot situation is odd getting into. There’s a fridge but NO microwave. Breakfast is great! Lots of options. First day egg & sausage burritos. Biscuits & sausage gravy. Second day egg & sausage sandwiches. Waffles, Muffins, cereal, etc available. Fruits. Coffee not great 2nd day. Something off with machine. Water available all day. Pool decent. Close by to Omaha zoo. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Quiet place. Breakfast was okay, it would have been nice to have some meat options. Staff were stretched thin, it seemed, in the morning, but were friendly and helpful. Gym had machines that were dated but they worked. We have stayed here twice in our travels.

Liked that the pool has hours for adult only swimming.

Great place to stay! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good spread. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean

We were not impressed with our stay. The receptionist our first night constantly had her phone in her hand and was not professional. The mattress in our room was very hard and uncomfortable. The ac did not work right and the shelf covering it was broken. We would not stay here again.

The property was clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was just right. I wasn’t able to connect to Wi-Fi

The hotel was clean, our room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and in great condition. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in and check out were super easy. View of the truck yard next door, but nothing to be done about it. It's not like we were there for the view anyway.

Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.

The place needed to be cleaned much better
