Location is convenient to casinos and Omaha downtown attractions, in an older/industrial neighborhood. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. But beware, there were black spots on ceiling in bathroom (which suspiciously looked like mold!). Second floor hallway and elevator had a musty/funky odor. The breakfast had good variety, with tater tots and homemade scrambled eggs. Staff were friendly, with easy check in and check out.

I checked into my room #210 at 3 pm and it was hot in there so I turned on the ac. I left for three hours and came back and my room was still hot. I called the front desk and they kept telling me they had no complaints of the ac not working in that room. I asked them to change rooms and they said they would send someone up to check the ac unit before they would move me. A guy comes up turns the unit on and off and tells me it’s not working and will change me rooms. I am then moved to room 310 at about 7 pm and I checked the head of my bed for bugs and seen none. The next morning I was changing and a lady WALKED INTO MY ROOM UNANNOUNCED!! I shreeeeeked “check out is at 11!! “ and she said sorry sorry and shut my door. I dropped a piece of clothing when she startled me so when I bent down to pick it up I noticed something on the mattress which was BED BUGS!!! I immediately packed up the rest of my belongings and went down to the front desk to be asked by the manager Neil what he wants me to do about it! I had to throw away approximately 175$ worth of personal items I refused to bring with me. They did not refund me nor provide me with anything for an incident report. I took pictures of the bed bugs and am completely disgusted by this.

Rooms basically clean but issues with a few things. Fire alarm missing- but had three fire sprinklers. Towels had some stains. No sheets for pull out bed. When called the front desk to see if could bring sheets and blanket. He advised we would have to come get ourselves. Pool was somewhat dirty.

I liked the the location and the size of the room. I enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. I did not like all of the bugs. There were a dozen bugs in the room, both dead and alive. When offering to show the overnight staff pictures, she refused as she already believed us. The manager in the morning was rude and stated that the bugs were normal to have in the rooms. When I requested a refund, the general manager refused and said no due to us staying over night. We left within a few hours of checking in and checked into a different hotel. We left Comfort Inn before midnight so we did not stay overnight regardless of the records he claims. Due to the bug infestation and general manager, we will not return to this location.

Stayed one night as we were traveling back home to MN. Overall good stay and affordable. Pool area is ok and breakfast was good. Staff worked very hard to make sure we were happy.

Comfortable, large room, peaceful night's sleep. The night manager was so kind and helpful to this tired traveler. Breakfast was fresh and homemade, no powdered eggs here. Added bonus was fresh watermelon slices this morning 😁

Well maintain

I thought the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The breakfast was much better than a typical hotel, the host checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, and they also hosted a pizza party for the Teams that were staying. Also, it was a very reasonable price.

We stayed 2 nights - PROS: Parking was fine, check-in/out staff were friendly, each process simple, bits of the property we frequented seemed safe inside/out, rm was clean, well stocked with towels, plenty of decent quality pillows, most rms around us were filled but we barely heard anything from other guests that weren't passing by in the hallway, bldg has an elevator, bkfst buffet was varied, and our dog was welcome. CONS: Google map shows property on opposite side of road, and property sign at road is broken/missing causing some initial confusion. We were told at check-in the pool was open until 10:30, online says 10, sign posted at pool said 10, I asked to clarify and was again told 10:30, but when we went to the pool at 9:45 that evening we were told they were locking up at 10. There were a cpl of miscommunications with housekeeping/buffet staff - we ran out of rm coffee quick, so we asked for more to restock, one lady said "No", but seemed unsure of herself, so asked another down the hall who said "Yes". Then, on the way back to our room with my bkfst we were told "No food in the room/can't take leftovers from bkfst back with us/ask manager", which clearly isn't true since desk staff handed over our DD dinner delivery order to us the night before, and we saw a mother taking two armfuls of plates from the buffet back to her rm for her kids. Beds are comfortable, but firm, so not great if you're a side sleeper like me.

Price They over charged two extra rooms

Breakfast was epic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s not a new hotel but the price is right and the value is there as you know you get what you pay for and this place is more than adequate. We were all pleasantly surprised.
