Location and having a caseys next to it was great. The floors in the hotel room weren’t swept clean for sure.

The evening receptionist was awesome. He was very chatty and friendly.

Room #1- cracks in walls, in shower and along the window. No extra sheets for the pull out bed so had to go down and get some. Phone didn’t work to call down and when you call the hotel ph# no one answers. Room was way too warm yet the AC was but only pointing direct at said bed and it was flowing through the whole room. Bed was way too close to the AC unit which is why nothing was circulating throughout the room. Room#2- a little nicer suite and better spaced out. Only issue was that the tv and phone didn’t work. Again had to go all the way down just to get someone to help. Anything that required to be plugged in; clock & lamps. Also, picture of rooms did not display a complete true room design. Overall, staff were very nice and kind and my kiddos loved the breakfast.

Perfect stop for one night. Hot tub was out of order.

Our first room was infested with ants on the bed, window, curtains, and bathroom. After returning from my grandma’s funeral, we discovered the A/C had made our clothes, luggage, and bedding damp and wet. We were asked if we wanted to switch rooms. The second room was somehow barely better. Despite being labeled “non-smoking,” it reeked of cigarette smoke, had ants in the bathroom, and the security lock on the door was ripped off. That is not a minor inconvenience it is a serious safety concern. The room phone didn’t work either, even though the front desk specifically told us to call them after moving. We also found a WIG behind the TV in the 1st room, and filthy carpet, apparent water damage, stains and bubbling walls, and cracked sheetrock literally falling from the ceiling in the 2nd room. At that point, it was obvious this property has serious cleanliness and maintenance problems. The breakfast was equally disappointing. The cinnamon roll waffle was the only thing worth mentioning. For $238 for TWO nights, this was beyond unacceptable. We paid for a hotel room, not an obstacle course of ants, cigarette smoke, broken safety equipment, dirty carpets, and neglected maintenance. This hotel failed miserably on cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and basic hospitality. We will NEVER return and absolutely cannot recommend it. 1 star hotel

Was put in wrong room type even though I proved my booking on my phone. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Breakfast was barely eatable the nice lady did keep everything pretty stocked but it just didnt taste good

The hotel was okay, the room was clean, the bathroom vent did not work, and the shower door was very noisy. The one elevator was super slow. The hot tub was not working.

Decent room, definitely value for money.

It was a little seedier than I expected, and the rooms could definitely use updating.

Heads up, there aren't any freezers in the fridges.

It was cheap which was the best I can say. The carpet needs cleaned almost everywhere and there's a lot of fix up could be done. The front desk was okay but not the greatest. I wouldn't return.

Room was nice, staff at checking was friendly and breakfast was good. Only reason for not giving a 5 star was the towels were dirty. Maybe just an oversight as everything else was good

When we opened the door it smelled like a normal hotel room. Not the slightest hint of mildew. I spent the whole night and next day feeling terrible and still recovering from it. I’m thankful that myself and my family didn’t have to breathe in the mold long however, that room should have never been in service to begin with and needs a complete redo or something to get rid of the mold. The rest of the stay was decent. Hot tub was down. Breakfast is decent as well. Hotel staff was very friendly and easy to work with.
