Comfort Suites Omaha East-Council Bluffs

Our stay was an okay experience overall, but several amenities fell short. The hot tub was out of service, the pool was dirty and unheated despite it sayingit was, and our room's TV did not work. Fixes to these facilities would greatly improve the guest experience.

The entire place is deteriorating. It needs a new renovation and replacement for the furniture. And when it comes to cleanliness, it’s like a stinky mess had been there before. Never ever coming back again. Hope they renovate the place and replace everything. The location is perfect for travelers.

In the next room, the door was a little difficult to open from the inside, and the bathroom door did not open and close easily either. Again - we chalked it up to being old. We were already told that the hotel had recently gone under new ownership, so okay. Again, dirty lampshades. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we slept well. We had food we wanted to warm up, but the microwave didn't work. I asked the front desk if we could use the one in the dining room because of it, and I was told that there were issues with outlets in some rooms. After a long day of walking at the zoo the next day, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was still closed. The staff there was extremely pleasant, but based on the condition of the property, I would not recommend it and would likely not stay there again. A+ to the staff though!

room is old but clean. Bed very old and tooo soft. pool was put of service and breakfast was horrible, frozen biscuits. waffles you make yourself good.

Clean room, friendly staff, and we enjoyed the breakfast however, we were really looking forward to the hot tub and swimming pool, but it was shut down for maintenance

Ok stay clean rooms!!!!!!!

All staff was pleasant and helpful. They provided much needed Tylenol in the middle of the night. Breakfast spread was impressive. Lots of choices.

This hotel needs an upgrade

Bed was clean but that was about it- broken and stained lamps, dead bugs on the bathroom floor, and a mystery brown spot on the bathroom wall. In dire need of some TLC but again, the bed was clean.

Hand towels were to be used for bath towel.

We were too late getting to breakfast but they let is grab packaged rolls. We picked this motel for the hot tub. It was very dirty and the jets wouldn't turn on. We wouldnt have gotten in it due to it's nasty water. Pool was gross too. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

It’s need to be updated and the bathroom had black mold on the ceilings

The room was disgustingly dirty. The couch pull-out mattress had a pee stain. Also either blood or fecies stains on the walls and mattresses.

The hotel is tired. It needs upgrades. The staff is nice, but likely I wouldn’t stay there again.
