There was a planned power outage during my stay. I was not aware and was nervous about security. It was uneventful and almost undetectable but I felt management should have been more empathetic.The water is overly treated and made it difficult to rinse off soap. It is not good. The water was also dangerously hot from the tap.The property was underwhelming and not impressive. The restaurant prepares a great breakfast. The casino and staff are worth the visit.

There was no place on the entire property where my kids could eat! Crazy....Also, our room smelled like sewer gas, and the shower had no pressure. Casino and property were nice, butbI would not bring my family here again.

Hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The rooms are very dated. I was charged an additional $20 for early check in, which was 2 hours. This is crazy! Most hotels let you go ahead and check in, if they have a room available. I won't be staying here again.

Housekeeping staff was really friendly and nice when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. There was no offer to help with luggage and the doors were so heavy we really struggled. I also injured my back opening the room door. There were very few places to eat and the 2 places we were “allowed” in had very limited hours. One place required you to be a “member” and the hostess was very rude when she let us know that. And don’t get a mixed drink because the shots of alcohol used were half of what most shots are and twice as much. Also, they charge an enormous “resort” fee which made the total for our room extremely high. There was also man outside the doors begging for money. He looked dirty and dangerous. Meanwhile, there were four security guards “guarding” the entrance of the tiny casino door who almost tackled me for trying to take a drink that I just bought at their bar into the casino. This place was the worst.

The hotel was extremely difficult to deal with. I will not ever stay there again.

Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but our room wasn’t ready and we weren’t able to check in until almost 6:00 PM. We had plans at 5:30 that evening and had specifically arrived in time to check in, get ready, and leave. Instead, we didn’t make it to our plans until almost 7:00 PM. When we asked about the delay, we were told we could check in as late as 3:00 AM if we wanted to wait. That really misses the point—we paid for a hotel room with a 4:00 PM check-in because we needed the room at that time, not sometime later that night. For what the room cost, a nearly two-hour delay was unacceptable. We were also disappointed to find that several of the amenities shown on the website had very limited hours. Some of the restaurant and bar options were only available on weekends. There was one restaurant open until 10:00 PM, but after that, the only food/drink options available were inside the casino itself. The separate bar area was also only open on weekends. For a hotel and casino of this size and price, we expected more options for guests staying during the week, especially later in the evening. I wish the limited weekday availability of these amenities had been much clearer before booking. After returning that evening, we planned to spend some time in the casino. Great staff and exceptional food!

Bed and bathroom were clean, other than broken and needs updated drapes. Beds were comfortable and appreciated coffee in the room.
