My room was supposed to be ready at 4pm but was not ready until 8pm. Staff was very unhelpful and and incompetent.

This is an older hotel that has been well maintained. The pool was dirty & ended up closed the last day of our stay. The staff were kind & helpful but should alert guests staying longer than 1 night that you must request your room be cleaned/ trash taken out/ beds changed/ towels exchanged, etc. The hotel itself was clean & very convenient for local attractions. Comfortable beds, fun slots in the casino, pretty quiet rooms. Definitely would stay again.

So much smoke! We were in town for a basketball tournament and lucky for us it was during college World Series. So our 2 queen room was $368. The front desk was nice but didn’t tell us how to get to our room. The parking garage was free which was nice. Had no idea how to find our room let alone where the hotel began. Room was clean for the age of the hotel. The hotel halls were not as Smokey but very stuffy it needs better ventilation/air movement. Kids liked the pool. It was busy especially since it shares the pool with holiday inn. Husband and I went to the casino for 30min (that’s all we could stand due to the smoke) we went down stairs to the “non smoking area” but was still met with a cloud of smoke. There is no breakfast unless you pay, not even free coffee. Probably won’t ever go back. Unless they do a little updating and a lot of air ventilation.

Expensive, good pub like restaurant, staff helpful, self parking

Sink was very slow to drain. Tub/shower very slippery. Advertised on website that they have a shuttle to the airport but they do not. Had to get an Uber. Not worth $400 a night. Breakfast was good.

Everything was commendable. The stench of cigarette smoke throughout spaces outside the casino on ground level, especially the huge lobby, was the only negative. The smell is obvious and greets you immediately when entering from outdoors.

Good place to stay. Only drawback no food available after 10pm

place to get nourishment other then a vending machine. No restaurant’s open but there is the players club restaurant if you are a high roller.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The restaurants were nice and the casino was fun. The staff were kind and professional. The only complaint we had was that the bed was really uncomfortable. Otherwise, our stay was excellent!

We stayed four nights and not once were we contacted by housekeeping staff to see if we wanted the room cleaned or additional linens. I don't know if this is protocol for a more than one night stay, but I found it unusual.

Great location for where I was driving. Room was super cozy, clean and everything was very comfortable. The quesadilla I had from the sports bar at the property was probably one of the best ones I’ve ever eaten for a really reasonable price too! I didn’t like that it had smoking at the casino- but that’s my own fault for not reading up on that so they still get a great score for everything.

The dinner was exquisite. We had lobster tails, asparagus, crab cakes, and a wedge salad. The complimentary bread was amazing as well. The toilet in our room kept running, and I would need to shake the handle. We ran out of toilet paper, and we used the kleenex, but they were wet from the water in the bathroom sink coming out too fast.

Everything was dirty including the tub and when I complained about it they said “ok”. I definitely don’t recommend this place

Check in took a few minutes but was good. Staff was friendly and apologized for the delay. No problems.

We ate in the sports bar and while the service was good, can’t say the same about the food. We were there for a concert and while every other hotel had a shuttle, they didn’t. We ended up with Uber. Not a big deal but
