Need some upgrades

Room and staff were really nice. Food was good from the 1 restaurant open. Half the Casino was closed for remodel. Only one restaurant was open. It was just ok. Should have been told about the remodel and only one restaurant. Probably would have canceled if I knew in advance of current status.

Very nice property. Clean, quiet and convenient. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the WiFi was a bit unstable.

Clean rooms. Went to a concert at stir cove. Very convenient

Getting new floors was going in made it difficult to get around.

No hot food was available and it was like only 9

Room seemed nice with some upgrades like brass bathroom fixtures and granite floors, it looked clean. No smoke smell in the room. It was nice to be able to go to the casino and restaurants without leaving the building. Less than a mile to downtown Omaha. Pulling up to check in was really confusing. There were 3 lanes of traffic under the entrance roof, but we were told we couldn’t use them to check in unless we paid for valet service. We had to park way out in the parking lot, walk in to check in, then find a luggage cart and drag it all the way back through the parking lot to get our luggage: all while the staff was standing around or helping valet customers. Once we got to our room, there were 2 water bottles sitting out with a card saying we couldn’t use them unless we pay $3 each. I found that to be extremely off-putting. There was a concert stage outside our window, but thankfully there was no concert that night. Worst of all, the next morning I woke up with bug bites on my foot, leg and torso. We will not be back to this place.

We were on 11th floor and we could hear things plain as day on the ground floor... the view was amazing tho

Nice stay. No issues.

Worst mattress that I have ever slept on since I was in college (50 years ago). Room 603. Bathroom needs to be refreshed since gold colored fixtures are alll fading.

Staff could have been more helpful. I was trying to find a handicap parking but directions were not clear to park in the garage. Plus host didn’t know the difference between wings. He responded that four wings were with one bone. But the other pieces had two bones. I tried not to laugh.

1st impressions are the place...

The only complaint I have about the room is the tub was very slickery, both my husband I nearly fell, twice for me. But other than that I would absolutely go back. If it weren’t for the tub incident, this hotel would’ve received all 5’s.
