It was small and simple. The person who checked us in was so sweet and funny. I really liked her. They need more than one cart to bring in luggage and I had to ask for an extra wash cloth and hand towel for out room because there was only one of each for 2 people. Other than that, it was a good experience.

When breakfast was good sauceage, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, the only downside I had about the motel.And I mean, it was clean, it was fine.But it's frustrating, and it's not just this motel has been other motels too.You walk in there and you know, you get a room 42.There should be at least two bath towels.Two hand towels and two wash claws.I had to go down the front desk, and you know, it's like almost midnight and you're tired and you

Great place to stop for a night. The staff was helpful check-in and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was average and there was not a dog poop station or dog area even though they welcomed dogs at the facility.

Just off Rt I80 in Council Bluffs near to Omaha. The hotel looked brand new so the building was top rate. The room was a good average size and the breakfast very average. The bed was a bit soft and lumpy but otherwise comfortable to sleep in.

Check-in was easy, and our request for a ground-floor room was honored. However, the room could have been cleaner. There were a lot of hairs around the toilet, the shower, on towels, and all over the floor. Overall, the internet, ice machine, and staff were great.

Close off the interstate but not too loud I was able to sleep, room was clean ac worked. Was a good spot to sleep and had a little mini buffet. For the value it’s worth the stop.

Great location and very friendly staff There was hair in the bed and on the towels that was not mine or my husband's, but we were so tired by the time we got in that we didn't have the energy to ask for new sheets or a new room. It was not a good experience and I would never stay here again.

The hotel was old and dingy. The bed was so uncomfortable, and the room smelled really bad. We stayed 15 minutes and ended up leaving, unfortunately not getting our money back. The lady at the front desk, however, was very friendly and kind.

Hot breakfast was excellent and location to Omaha was perfect. Carrying heavy bags up the steps were inconvenient.

I would like to give a big thank you to Jess and another lady, we didn’t get her name. The 7-3, 3-11 shift. Jess and co-front desk agent were very helpful and gave a lot of great advice for sight seeing. Jess informed us on how to have a better experience at the zoo. Thank you for making our stay more organized and less stressful. The room was clean, the air conditioner work great, the fridge also worked+++. The shower head could use a good cleaning (hint). The toilet was loud but manageable with a closed door. We had 3 adults and 1 child. We could have used a few more towels and wash rags. I understand these items can be a big expense if they disappear. The breakfast was normal and great for a day starter meal. This location is right off the interstate and you can get anywhere from there. Getting into the parking lot was interesting. You’ll find that out yourself.
