The hotel and the room was disgusting. Seems like they don't take care of this property and just leave it as is. Our room was disgusting there was hair, stuff was old and outdated and didn't look like they pay attention to cleanliness. Don't stay here

The condition of this hotel was unbearable. I booked 4 nights and only stayed one night because there was no availability in the area. The room was so unkept and dirty. The bed and all the linen looked like dingy dust rags that a child had tried to wash. We slept in our clothes and were not able to use the towels to wash up. There was no trash in the room but it looked as if it had never been cleaned not just after the last guest but for years. Everything was just of such poor quality. Quality should definitely not be a part of their name. We knew we were in trouble as we walked to our room and saw rhe conditions of other parts of the hotel. We passed the swimming pool and noticed how slimy the water looked. Throw rugs on the floor in the hallway of the pool area had grown into the floor they were so used and dirty. The same was true behind the desk and the office. This place should be closed. They should be removed from your site if you are not going to inspect before posting. Never again with hotels .com unless I know the hotel. Lamps broken with bulb and wiring hanging. Look like a safety hazard. Door to bathroom broken and couldn’t be closed. This was scary and extremely icky. NEVER AGAIN. Please don’t send anyone else there.

Check in was a disaster. Keys didn’t work then staff walked us to the room used a master key to let us in and left to get us new keys. Then forgot about us. So after 30 min had to pack up all our stuff and walk back to the front desk. Got keys but had to change rooms twice more due to things not working (fridge and tv). Took nearly 90 min to get to a room with keys that worked.

They had roaches very bad had to check my stuff to make sure I didn't bring bugs home I was very uncomfortable for the price

It was a bit dirty and smelled of smoke. Had a dirty hand towel, towels were very worn and thin. Very much outdated, in my opinion needs a great bit of work. Bed cover had small burn holes. Sheets were clean, pillows a bit small. All in all it served the purpose for a good sleep and a hot shower.

Absolutely disgusting and run down! There was mold in the bathtub, a broken mirror on the wall, smoke detector was missing, duct tape hold dresser drawers together, electrical outlet covers missing, bathroom door handle was completely broken and pushed through the door. The pictures on the website must be 15 years old.

Should have known when we first checked in and saw a dead bug in the bathroom floor abd a wet bath mat in the tub to just walk away but gave them fhe benefit of the doubt...the first night there 1 of 2 beds there was unusable when I pulled the top blanket back every blanket after that and the bed were soaked called the front desk basically got called a liar and told they had an extra pillow but no extra bedding we ended up sleeping on the couch/futon now for the 2nd night sitting on the futon my daughter and I saw 2 roaches crawl towards in the floor we tried killing it and even got a photo. Called the front desk and was told they came from us having lots of dogs...we had our 2 service animals with us and I assure they don't have roaches I argued with him told him he was stupid my dogs don't have roaches told him we were checking out and wanted a full refund he basically told me to go to hell!!! So I called customer affairs for the hotel chain and launched a complaint was told this was not ok and that if when we checked out we weren't given any compensation to call back and let them know and it would be added to the case complaint (which we did since he basically told us good riddance). I will never use that hotel again they have soured us for all quality inns.

The staff are friendly. IIts very old. Lacks modern facilities. No charging ports for mobile devices.

I traveled all over the world Hands down worst "hotel" ever Filthy, bugs in room, staff was horrible: Was only room available for College Baseball World Series. Nothing else available. checked out after one horrible night Charged me over $500. Tried to get a resolution but "it's our policy" DO NOT STAY AT THIS CRAP

The staff was friendly The room smelled horrific. I was offered spray when I checked in. All of my belongings still smell awful. The room was run down. Bad paint, chipped dressers and tv stand. Exposed screws in the bathroom and shower and sleeping area. Small fridge was completely frozen over w water dripping down on everything!! Free breakfast was basically hard boiled eggs and dry sausage!! Graffiti on the outside walls!! And on top of everything, they up charged me over $300 and refused to negotiate. STAY AWAY!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSING!!!

My whole room rug was weat. Skechy and nasty. Paint of wslla was wrong. Smell and mold Not good at all Worst i ever stayed

Disgusting, mold growing in refrigerator and the shower.

Front desk employee was friendly and pleasant Room was a complete horror show. Bathroom was moldy with cigarette stains on both sinks and speckles of a fun mystery tarry black substance. Paint chipping off the walls. Sofa covered with an array of stains. Duvet was a putrid shade of yellow. The window from was breaking off and the window itself was crusted over. Even the picture on the wall had a broken frame. It was a giant nope fest.

Do NOT stay here. Room was dirty. Tub and sink in room were cracked and rusted. Towels were dingy. Picture on the wall was broke and glass just hanging there. Headboard had symbols scratched into paint. Had a glade air freshener plugged into wall outlet. Asked front desk to cancel and refund my room as it was unsatisfactory to stay in. He would not refund our stay. Said nothing was wrong with room. We left anyways. Multiple families were leaving due to the conditions of their rooms. Tried calling hotel the next day and phone kept ringing. Unable to speak with anyone. This hotel should not be listed on hotels.com.

Bugs, hard pass. Upon being warned by someone in the lobby already trying to check out due to roaches we didn't even check in.

It sucked, sausage links,boiled eggs,it looked like no one really cared about the selection of items.It felt unprofessional. Real pillows,no telephone in the room,a window that was tampered with at sometime, exhaust fan that didn't work in the bathroom and a shower that wouldn't freeze you or fry you,no in between!

Property was not attractive. Bathroom needed repairs: no light over mirror, no sink stopper, shower leaked on floor. We paid in advance, otherwise we would have changed hotels. Very disappointing.

Older facility that is very dated. Room was clean but had a smell so a little air freshner would have been helpful. Staff always helpful and friendly. Very close to downtown omaha and casinos as well as places to eat.
