Clean! Great breakfast and quiet.
-
staff was friendly but no room service our entire stay no one came to get trash or give extra towels
-
Staff was great, left before breakfast, shower tub was very slippery a walk in tile shower would be better. Water pressure was weak but bed was perfect! Clean and very comfortable.
-
Good location to the airport. Nice space to put your stuff. Could have used a heavier blanket

-
The shower was almost unusable. The water pressure was almost non-existent. The showerhead is positioned normally but has the pathetic dribble of a rainfall shower. And the water is so heavily softened that you need every drop you can get to rinse off.
-
Cleanliness Adding fees that were not included in price booking.com quoted.

We arrived early and were helped by Laura - she was wonderful - allowed us to check in a little early which was a tremendous blessing because my husbands oxygen concentrator battery was almost drained. We will definitely stay at a Holiday Express in our future travels. We were very impressed!

Exceptional

It took 2 phone calls at 3:10 am and 3:20 am to get the desk clerk to respond to my request that she ask the guests in the next room to turn off their alarm. The alarm started at 3. On my calls, she informed me that the room was occupied and she couldn’t go in. I asked her to call the room. She asked me if it was occupied. What!?!? Everything else and everyone else at the hotel was lovely.
