Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

The desk at departing needs a attitude adjustment for not wanting to print a receipt. Very unprofessional plus they don't keep the people informed about the shuttle. We waited 35 min for the shuttle as it was late but no one said a word until we asked. Very disappointed

Beds were very comfortable. Continental bkfst starts at 04 so we did get to eat before our 0600 flight.

The room had ants and they didn’t do anything for us not a refund or credit or give us another room

From the check in process to the end of my stay it was a great experience. The staff were helpful and the room was nice and clean for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was good with lots of options. When I had issues with my hot water the staff was quick and eager to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend!

Week after was much better Minor complaint is that ice machine is only on 1st floor by lobby Staff was courteous Left early before breakfast

After a little mix up I got in my room. Unbeknownst to me there was maintenance going on in the hallway on my floor all day. It smelled very strong of paint

Will stay here again if I'm ever in Omaha again.

The room was clean and the desk staff was friendly. We got in really late and did not get there in time for breakfast in the morning, which I did think was rather early (9:30). The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. It was located next to a Perkins, which was very convenient.

Updated rooms look very nice.

Very accessible, great shuttle service to A/P, excellent b'fast buffet & pleasant desk staffer on check-in
