Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

The morning buffet was great quality and diverse.

Rooms were ok. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was not the best. Options were little and not very clean area. The female shuttle driver to the airport was upset she had to take us and then drove 60 in a 40mph zone.

Every thing was great, especially for an airport hotel. Staff were helpful and the room was larger than I expected.

It was perfect!

Only thing I notice you can not use the fridge in the room as the door won't open due to the tray it is on. The hotel was very busy and breakfast in the morning was not keeping up. I would stay again.

Easy check-in. We were happy that the hotel had a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Please know that this property is right next to a gentleman's club which means there are a lot of unwelcoming guests on the property in the morning. They are very very very blunt when you check in that your car and any damage to it is not their issue. I know this to be a thing for hotels in general but they were very very concerned about pointing this out. Its not worth the price for how old the rooms seem, the pool was down the whole time we were there so was a waste to even come here.

Nice hotel. I experienced a problem with the air conditioning unit, it wasn't working when I got in. I went to the desk and a staff member came to the room and fixed the problem immediately. It needed to be reset (button is on a plug going into the wall). I've never experienced that before or have seen that. The other thing I would say is, the breakfast is very good. The first day everything was ready on time. On the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay, a different employee was still setting things up and the coffee machine wasn't available right away. It didn't take long but if you can't wait, then you'll have to get coffee elsewhere.

Great location . Comfortable bed , spacious room The room was stuffy especially smell from the carpet .

The rooms were clean the bathroom was nice The front desk lady was very helpful and their breakfast was good
