My room was very clean and the staff was very nice

Rooms have been updated; however, the A/C was not. Room had an odd smell and was humid. A/C cooled, but was loud. Staff was great and we appreciated having an early breakfast, and airport parking and shuttle.

Had to remind staff to clean room. They scheduled it and then DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOM!!! Not good.

Beautiful clean hotel. Really great location.
-
Clean, smelled fresh, nice staff. Booked the hotel for the hot tub & it was out of order. Should have something on the website or something to inform guests of this. The Kleenex box in the bathroom only had 2 in it. The main door didn’t shut well.
-
Night shift front gal was very nice. Hallway carpet was in need of repair. 2 of the towels were dirty. Needs updated but okay for the price.
-

Smells like weed, cigarettes. Dirty.
-
Has been updated but had a bad smell. Solid three star resort, good for sleeping and getting back on the road.
-
Very convenient to the airport.
-
Overall, the place just needs a refresh and a deep clean.
-
Our flight was postponed until the next day and we had to find an Hotel for the night, the booking was easy and fast, the room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needs help. The tile was old and looked moldy with a musty smell. The trash can in the lobby by the front desk was over flowing with trash.
-
Ut was close to the airport and the shuttle service was good. The whole building had a terrible odor. The place needs better wall paint and flooring in the public areas.
-
The rooms were nice but they smell like smoke.
