Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Omaha Airport, IA

Our room had some issues. The lights next the bed did not have bulbs. Neither did one of the lights in the bathroom. Don’t get me started on the bathroom. I could go on and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We booked a shuttle for the airport. It was 30 minutes late. We did make our flight but it was tense. The outside looked nice.

Location to airport. Our room was dirty! The bathroom floor had hair all over counter had stuff still stuck to counter top. Carpets were dirty. On my nightstand was a crusty old contact. Also there was no hair dyer in our room. Breakfast was ok.

Like the location and quietness The first night we got there i asked the front desk for a crib and the receptionist said the hotel didnt have any cribs which i questioned as on the page they say they do have cribs upon request. The next morning i saw there was a crib going to another room so i asked one of the cleaning ladies and she said thag there were cribs available and to ask the front desk again. Later in the evening i asked and the girl in the front said she would try to find one. She was able to find one for us but was a little dissapointed that the first night we did not sleep well due to not having a crib for the little one and being worried about him falling off the bed. In the morning we went down for breakfast and tried the waffles they had a funky taste to them as if thr batter had gone bad.... the next morning as well the biscuits tasted like they had been frozen for a while had that frige taste to them and the gravy was very watered down. Then the pool the eater was very cold it was supposed to be a heated pool but apparently it wasnt working.

Location. Comfortable distance from Omaha downtown. It takes us only 20 minutes to drive to Omaha Zoo Breakfast is below standard. Food options are okay. But it tastes like old food. Even the cereal and bread tastes old. Myself and wife got bug bites from bed.

Close to downtown. Room 118. There are many things in disrepair here. The bottom of the furniture is expanded and deteriorating like it has been sitting in water. There was a dead spider on the bathroom floor when we first entered. The handicap accessible shower has "patches" on the flooring where they have tried to repair, but it's really just a bandaid. It needs to be replaced. The shower head is leaking, not to mention it looks to be from the 80s and cost about $5. The door jamb is missing which makes me not feel safe. I don't want apologies, I feel like the photos are misleading. I would be happy with a refund. The rates were inflated (price gouging) due to us staying here the same week as the final four being in town. A window visible from the outside is stuffed like a hoarder house, and that basically sums up this hotel. I'd feel better sleeping in my car. So much ao, I checked out after 12 hours with no sleep to drive home 2.5 hours to get a decent night's sleep. So disappointing and not at all like the typical brand. Do better. I checked out 2 nights early. When I called to ask about when I could expect my refund, I was told they couldn't refund me. I dont get it. They were paid, and they know I checked out early. Do the right thing and do better. Someone please contact me and make this right.

Proximity to airport Was ok

The room was clean & comfortable. We came in to Omaha in late flight & shuttle was prompt in picking us up. We also parked our car at hotel for flight & trip before stay. All worked out very ell. Thank you.

Great overall experience and location. The front desk was very helpful. The shuttle driver was the best.

Bed was hard

This must be a new thing but no house phone in rooms. They asked for a good phone number the problem is that I booked two rooms that were not connected. So if the establishment had a situation they're not able to contact the other party. The bathroom needed attention. Updates are needed everything is worn and not functional.

The bathroom was dirty and had hair on the floor. The bathroom sink was dirty and cracked, and it smelled bad

The hotel desperately needs to be renovated. Stained carpet; broken bathroom tiles; torn and fraying furniture; 25 yr old electronics and appliances - and worst of all, the smoke detectors in the room were REMOVED…..just wires dangling from the ceiling from where they used to be. If a fire inspector went in, they would shut this hotel down!

The shuttle to the ballfield was an excellent addition that I did not plan on.
