Helpful staff, delightful room - everything we needed!

It was okay a big plus for transportation from airport to hotel and it’s very close to airport

Stay across the street at Best Western/Holiday Inn Express

there were bugs in our bed to much noise next door they kept tv on all night kept slamming the door and we had to get up at 5am not happy at all.

Staff was very polite and accommodating

Had to extend my stay another night and the staff help me out with no issues. Could have used a better chair to sit in, but the one in the room was okay

When I checked in the gentleman at the desk was very polite and able to accommodate my needs to cancel one night, and he did with no problem! Later on, I asked him to recommend a restaurant near by and he did. I appreciated his willingness to accommodate my needs! The shower in room #9; the water pressure of the head of the shower was very strong and the water spilled to the opposite side of the tub. I had to use towels to contain the water running to the floor. I reported this upon my checking out at the desk.

Not as clean as I hoped but better then one I left to come here at last minute. I don’t really have a like other than that. Needs a better housekeeping staff. More attention to room needs such as tv guide, more towels. It was ok. Better then the last place I left at 10:30 at night to come to better, but still not much of an upgrade.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Property is good for a budget hotel. Not a bad place to stay for the CWS, very close to the stadium!

Room was clean was clean and the staff was OK, but my flight was going to arrive late so I messaged the property to let them know I was coming in late and they wouldn’t send a airport shuttle.

Free parking and free breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle from the airport was nice.

My mom and I booked this hotel for the Men’s College World Series last minute. I love how they had a free airport shuttle so we didn’t need to pay for an uber or Lyft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. It was a short ride from the hotel to the stadium. I do wish they had an elevator and the bathroom shower needs a magnet on the door to keep it closed. The breakfast should have had a few more options but there was a place across to street called Perkins you could walk to eat. Overall for a quick, last minute trip it was a great stay

but my husband and son were there for the college world series , my husband was feeling well so he went down to the hotel office for them to call EMs, I want to thank the staff for all the help you gave my husband. Gloria hernandezAustin, Tx N -A

Terrible

Good hotel for the price. This is not a luxury hotel but it is clean and comfortable. Walked to and from the College World Series from here.
