The pool Hair in bathtubs as we check-in and pee in the toilet and also king size bed was broken down the middle

Absolutely worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Place was filthy and room smelled like backed up sewer. Bathtub was rusted out and water coming out of sink was dirty. Desk lady very rude.

Location was great Bathrooms were so run down and disgusting. Stains in the shower and chipping. Window was cracked and window sills were filthy.

The staff was very friendly. The a/c was not working. The fan worked but it was not cooling the room. There was no blow dryer to dry my hair in the morning. The ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor and the ice machine on the 2nd floor was gone.

Main room did not have enough lighting.

shuttle serviice nobody was there when we checked in, in fact nobody was ever at the front desk.

Nice location, very close to the airport and has a shuttle service. The room was dirty, not vacuumed, and the bathroom had mold and dirt covering the ground and tub.

The room was dirty and many things were non functioning like the curtains, the shower rod, the closet. There was obvious water damage

Convenient location for my trip. Entrance Road was tore up. Handicap room was terrible.. broken window- bathroom floor was not cleaned- hdcp shower was dirty

Wanted to hang up a dress and shirt to help with wrinkles. Not 1 hanger in the closet. No iron, mo ironing board., No hair dryer so went to bed with wet hair Hair dryers, iron and ironing board is a typical item in all my previous travel. Late flight, VERY tired. Just frustrated. Breakfast and coffee a bonus ☕

was gouged on price because of concurrent college world series it seems basic maintenance is ignored

property is old and run down property needs upkeep there are holes in the closet doors rust on handles toilet kept running every half hour to fill up tank

Nice overall property. Need to take better care of the gym. Trash on the floor. No sweat towels or wipes for the equipment. Gym was also warm with no way to adjust temp.

Close to the airport Seems like they started to remodel and just fell short of completion. Bathroom looked sloppy, appeared to have issues in the ceiling, king room with tiniest chair and ottoman, bedside table damage, table by chair was unclean and sticky, tiled floor with no sound damper and echoes terriblely, breakfast drinks were difficult to find.

comfortable bed, enjoyed breakfast, clean room Floors were damp with some water in spots. While taking a shower water was not draining & took about an hour to drain out of tub. There was a sticky substance on the shower wall. No vent in the bathroom.

Had to wait for things to be filled The floors/carpet was sticky. There was not enough lighting. There was weird white paint that looked like it was covering up a stain in the tub. The lock looked like someone had tried to break in. The floors were dirty. The towels were tiny and thin. The pictures showed a hot tub but it looked like it had been filled in with concrete.

Breakfast was ok, not great. Parking was safe.

Our flight came in late so it was nice to be close to the airport Only one coffee pod in our room. My husband tried to get more, but there was no one at the front desk for an extended period of time. We left early and was going to grab a cup of coffee, but they were already out of coffee shortly after breakfast began.
