The very loud air conditioner ran non-stop, the room was damp and humid, the bathroom smelled musty and had a broken cabinet, the veneer was missing from the front of the furniture, ice buckets were only available by request at the front desk, and breakfast was edible but with few options (white bread, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal packets, granola bars, coffee, and juice). Rooms were non-smoking, but patrons smoked very close to the main entrance to the building and the smell traveled indoors. The smoke detector and hair dryer were missing from our room and the door to the room did not latch automatically and had to be pushed or pulled closed each time. The refrigerator did keep my items cold and the woman at checkout was very pleasant.

When I parked I noticed 2 men in separate cars just hanging around the parking lot. I went in and checked in. No elevator so I walked up by stairs to the third floor. The carpets in the hallway looked and had an odor to it. In the room no plastic lining for the ice bucket. No glasses to drink from and no cable just antenna tv. The picture on the tv was fuzzy and did not fill the whole screen. Again the carpet in the room was dirty looking and had an odor to it also. ALSO THE A/C LOOKED OLD AND USED WHEN I TURNED IT ON IT NEVER COOLED THE ROOM MUCH BEFORE I TURNED IT OFF. I decided to leave, front desk said the owner would decide if I could get a refund. IT IS NOT THE WHAT I EXPECT FROM SUPER8 HOTELS. LOOK ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.

Ac barely worked, hotel was very dirty, no smoke detectors, shabby repairs to holes and tub

We originally reserved a queen room for two people and when we got there to check in the lady at the desk switched our room to 2 double beds and said it was an upgrade!! Why would a couple need 2 separate beds that are smaller than a normal sized bed? Like we slept together on the double and it was extremely uncomfortable. AC was terrible barely functioning. I called to ask the staff to switch me to a room with a functioning AC and they told me that all the rooms there had the same problem with the AC NOT functioning properly. They said it was because it was too hot outside? I’ve been to plenty of places where the temperature outside was 100 and the AC still managed to do its job and work. The place is extremely outdated the walls had all types of stains like dead bugs squished on the walls. Holes in the walls. The lingering smell of cigarettes is all over the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone…. Extreme waste of money will not be back to any of super 8 locations. We were better off sleeping in the truck than dealing with that bs.

The outside was dirty with lots of cigarette butts every where. The room was ok. I had to ask for more pillows and was told there were no more. Really? No extra pillows anywhere? After 2 hours of waiting I was finally able to get one (asked for 3) No one was at the front desk when we came back from dinner. I even called their phone number and myself and another guest waited & listened to the phone ring and ring and no one ever came up front or answered the phone. Got decent sleep but will only stay there again if travelling with my dog.

This motel was fine to stop and sleep on our long drive, but I would recommend going somewhere else. It was very convenient off the interstate and next to food and gas. It also was very quiet and the bed was comfortable but small and the shower had very hot water. But the place itself can use a little help. The sheets were clean, but stained, the walls were patched with different color paint, the bathroom was missing doors on the vanity and tiles were popping off from water damage. There were stains on the carpet, something sticky that was spilled on the wall, trash behind the TV and a dirty fridge. Breakfast is between 6-9 and by 8:15 there was only 2 yogurts and a couple pieces of bread. Not the best Super 8 that we have stayed in unfortunately.

When we first checked into our room for the night, which, it was at 10 PM, our bathroom had no toilet paper and our neighbors were very noisy, which is no fault on the hotel, but when going down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and to let them know that our neighbors were being noisy, they were no help and didn’t even give us the toilet paper we asked for. It might’ve just been a one night incident, but it was very poorly managed.

Hair in bed sheets stains on the sheets .the floor in our room didn't seem that it was ever vacuumed in the last 3 months dirty towel behind door ! Would rather sleep on hot pavement!
-
The room was dirty but I was expecting it that since I paid only $92 a night. I don't know how the bases of all 3 lamps could be rusty. No housekeeping but no problem getting new towels. The hotel was booked full and yet it was pretty quiet.

My stay was excellent. Expect highway noise but that’s the trade off for being so easy to get to from Omaha. The highway is right there. Also it’s a basic breakfast not a huge spread but reasonable for the price of the stay. The size of the a/c in my room couldn’t keep up with the heat wave my last night there, but was adequate on every other day. I was on the second floor.

This was place was dirty and disgusting. As soon as you walked in the motel it stunk. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Bathroom was dirty and had hair all over. The breakfast was only coffee and toast. Don't waste your money!!!

Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover chinese food which made the room smell terrible as soon as I opened the fridge door.
