The rooms were clean. They had wet carpets so the smell wasn’t very pleasant. Parking wasn’t the best. Okay experience.

We did not find anywhere on their website that the pool was drained. That was very disappointing

No hot water, no WiFi. No swimming pool. All out of order.

My only issues were 1) the gym. Needs a lot of work. There were 4 dumbbells in there. 2 x 40lb and I think 2 x 5lb. Then a couple of treadmills. Definitely one of the worse hotel gyms. 2) there was a tornado warning when we stayed there. The hotel doesn’t seem like it’s built properly for that. There was water pouring in from the room window. And even the windows in the hallway. Like POURING!!!!

No comment at all. Just do better.

My child and I arrived at the hotel and given a key to a room that was already occupied. We were startled, confused and worried. We went back to the desk. Victoria and Calvin(Manager) apologized. The associate gave us the room next door. There was no refrigerator, remote control, or hot water. Additionally, the bedding was stained. I called downstairs about the refrigerator and remote. Calvin said maintenance would bring them up. Maintenance brought just the remote, and was rude when he did. He pounded on our door and said nothing, just handed the remote. I called back and was told Calvin had left. The associate said she would move us again. She also said she’d check the room. We came to the desk, got the key. When we opened the door the room wreaked of a smelly dog. It was absolutely awful. We went straight back to the desk. She asked us to take a seat in the lobby. Now she is no longer being nice or polite. She’s rolling her eyes, being short and not extending eye contact. She hands me the phone, and doesn’t really say much. Calvin is on the line. I explain what happened and mention again we’ve been traveling for 13 hours, it’s late and we’re tired. He responds by saying he’s been working 16 hours. At that point, I’m so put off and feel very disrespected and invalidated. I respond by saying I’ve paid for a service and amenities I am not getting, which is most certainly not the same. When I questioned the lack of customer service he extended no customer service resolution.

My partner and I stayed at the William Tell Hotel for a single overnight on a trip to the area for a concert. We chose the hotel for the "historic landmark hotel" aspect even though it was a bit further from the venue than other hotels. It wasn't bad, but I wish we had just chosen someplace closer. Check in went great and Calvin at the front desk was awesome. After that is when things went downhill.. the first room we were given key cards for was already occupied. We went to the desk to get a new room, which Calvin quickly arranged for. This one was unoccupied, but had plenty of issues. First we noticed the toilet omitting a loud whistling from the tank as it ran continuously. We did tell the front desk about it as we were heading out to our show, but when we returned the noise was still there and we had no idea if maintenance came by or not. We then also discovered that the USB port outlet in the room didnt work nor did the headboard backlight - it only flickered on one side while the other half stayed dark. Lastly the bathroom door didnt lock - it wouldnt lock at all if closed and when if you locked it while open and pulled the door shut, the door would unlock itself. Otherwise things were mostly clean and the bed was decently comfortable. We also dined at the Tells Tale restaurant for breakfast and it was so understaffed - one man trying to handle everything by himself. The food itself was mediocre, but decently priced. Overall not a bad stay, but I wouldn't stay again.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and accomodating. Prompt to answer fast and reliable. The hotel itself was comfortable and in a really good "middle ground" to be able to get anywhere. Great location, staff, room, parking and service.

Requested an extra blanket but again they didn't show up. Had to go to front desk after an hour to get the blanket myself. Air conditioning is not connected to washroom/bathroom. As well as there is no exhaust fans in the washrooms which makes it very bad smelly, humid and difficult to stand in. Had 2 rooms with them staying more than a night, no body came to do the house keeping. Overall the place is just there existing and the staff and the owner doesn't wanna move or do any work.

We travel a lot as a gamy and this hotel was excellent in every area!

This was such an amazing find for me, a great stay. The staff was amazing! I loved the smiles and warm greetings every time we came or was leaving. We enjoyed the fruit infused water, the quick response to our request for additional needs for our room, everything about our stay here was GREAT!

clean room

The window AC units were pooled with water when we first entered the room. My husband was told that the pool has been out of order for 4 years. It’s such a wild concept to me to not have fixed a broken amenity in that long. One of the comforters was clearly not washed as it had stiff stains.

Really good

Terrible experience. They booked me in an occupied room almost walked in on people in their room! Get to the new room after A whole ordeal dealing with that and the AC unit didn’t even work. Ended up having maintenance come and fix it so we could at least have air in the room. Went down to front desk in the evening to request more pillows since they gave my wife and I one pillow each on the bed. They said sorry housekeeping is gone for tonight and we cannot give you any additional pillows. Stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life and never heard of this before. Would not recommend this place at all…

Room was mostly fine. Mostly clean, comfy beds. staff was nice. Figure it out. Max has The only issue was something must have gotten water on the carpets because they were running dehumidifiers, and unfortunately, our floor smelled highly of mildew when getting off the elevator and walking the halls which filtered into our room just a bit. It was tolerable once we got into the rooms, and certainly probably something that isn’t the norm. Also, there was no available coffee in the mornings, but they did provide K cups for your room. They said they just took down their coffee station and the only way to get paid coffee was by buying a $17 buffet breakfast…not ideal. Overall would recommend but a couple things weren’t perfect

The hotel and property needs some TLC.
