can not believe how down-hill the quality of this hotel has gone. Granted, we haven’t stayed here since 2013 but still in shock of how badly a hotel can turn in 13 years. It actually made me sad. From the cracks in the ceilings to almost no doors working properly (security door that should only open with customer key just never closed, so anyone could’ve gotten in throughout the entire night) Also, pool out of service. Just a really heartbreaking experience. It used to be a very nice hotel.

My stay at William Tell was awesome! The only thing that would've made it better is if the pool was working. I booked there because of how great the pool looked online but it's not a big deal in the end. The staff was A+++. My flight changed since booking my stay and we arrived in town early with our kids. I called the property and before I could finish fully asking Kelvin allowed us to check in super early. Kelvin and his staff greeted us by name each and every time we came and left the property. We felt like family. This man deserves all the accolades and we will definitely book our stay here again with or without the pool lol!

The room was large, but the bathroom was pretty dirty. Not worth the nearly $300 I spent.

The hotel was convenient and easily accessible. Staffs were wonderful and friendly-5*****. However the property needs some TLC AND AN UPGRADE, to stay competitive. Really don’t want it to go to “you get what you’re paying for” The area is very convenient and the town is very charming. The room was quiet but couldn’t keep the lights peeking from the windows no matter how much adjusting the curtains, carpet really needs changing, pillow are old…..etc….TLC. Overall, checking in and out are very swift. I would stay again knowing not to expect much

The staff were very helpful, polite, and outstanding. Unfortunately I had a good bit of issues with the lights in my room not turning on, which was pretty frustrating after an exhausting day. Maintenance had already left, so there was nothing they could do. Couldn’t find me a new room since they were overbooked. Could have been worse - the man in line ahead of me couldn’t even get the room he booked, as they had been oversold. I managed to make the lights work after fidgeting with power box for a few minutes. Good, clean room, and wonderful staff, just seemed quite understaffed and a bit unorganized. Had hoped for better experience considering how much I paid for one night.

Very nice hotel stayed in a different one not far from this one last year and this one was way better and a little cheaper

The staff was certainly nice but it’s clear they are understaffed. When checking out in the morning myself and several others waited in line for about 10 minutes with no one at the desk. Someone from another department eventually had to call the manager, who quickly arrived and took care of everything. There were a few areas that need repaired, like their main sign outside with is falling apart, and their elevators doors which are signed up. Additionally, there needs to be improvements to their fitness center. Have only two treadmills and a couple dumbbells is not sufficient. Thankfully I was here on my rest days, so cardio alone was good enough for me. However, there was no ventilation in the room, so it got hot pretty quick. Just installing a couple box fans would work fine. Lastly, my wife was unable to get to sleep during our last night because our neighboring guests were slamming their door several times at 1:00 in the morning. It didn’t wake me up but she took forever to sleep and woke up tired. She should have called front desk t report a noise complaint, but the doors should also have some sort of soft close features that prevents them from being slammed to begin with.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms were big and comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. They do allow dogs.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The hotel staff was nice. They did have a little snack bar which was nice. Outer air conditioner in our room only worked in low and would turn off randomly. It would also squeak the whole night waking us up. When we first got to the room it had a funky smell to it as well.

Shower didn’t drain and zero towels in room to start… shower leaked all over the floor Reno just isn’t done will prolly be much better when it is, a lot of chipped paint and broken/ splintered door frames for 259 a night… tv was also about 20ft from end of the bed.. at 40in you can’t see it lol

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If you can, save your money and get a super 8 or a motel 6. This hotel seems like it’s cosplaying as a luxury hotel when everything is decaying and breaking down. When we arrived at the desk, the staff acted like we didn’t belong there, which is crazy. The hallway carpets smell like pee, multiple things in the hotel room were loose, and if you just walk through the halls on floor 1, you’ll see the stains, crumbling wallpaper, and chipped paint and plaster. The elevators are squeaky as hell and the sliding doors that open to the actual lobby make a jarring sound that emanates through the whole bottom floor. There’s a Best Western next to this place that is way better and cheaper.
