Quality Inn Crestview I-10 Eglin AFB Area

The hair dryer did not work and was loose from the wall. The room was very old, poorly maintained, and the bathroom had numerous flies. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I stayed on the night of the Fourth of July, and because of the holiday, the room rate was nearly four times higher than normal. Paying such a premium for a room in this condition made the experience even more disappointing. It felt like my money was completely wasted.

I want our money back from this place it's wasn't worth it and for me using this app for the first time and first time booking this was absolutely horrible and the second night we was there someone was in our room because our door was opened we left 6:03am and was gone till 8pm and according to the staff if we wanted housekeeping we have to ask for it (which we didnt) i have tons of photos of how nasty our room was

No pool, no breakfast, etc. I was given a wifi password that didn't work. When I told staff that it didn't work, I was told " well, that's it". Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful

6.1.26/8.30p - If I was traveling with my kids, I would not have chosen here. While it's conveniently located off i10 and surrounded by a good variety of eateries it was loaded with work crews and folks hanging out all night. however, it was decent enough for me to shelter from the storm and I got a few hours of sleep. That armchair needs to go in the nearest trash bin! And I appreciate the hard floors over carpet.

I actually tried to cancel after seeing the property. It was a very old 2 story, outside access motel and not at all what I was expecting from the photos online, and, when taking the Interstate exit ramp, spotted a very nice Quality Inn on a hill very near where this outdated one was located and thought that was it and felt confident not buying the trip insurance since I thought I knew what I was getting. Not. I checked in meaning to give it a chance, but upon entering the room, there was an odd smell, light and street noise were streaming in all around the door frame, the light over the sink/vanity didn’t work. Also didn’t feel safe there. The desk person was very polite and cooperative, and refunded my deposit. However the manager refused to refund the charge for the room which had been charged to my credit card, after Hotels.com tried 3 times to convince them.

Price Roaches, no toilet paper, no wash clothes, no tv remote, filthy porch, vomit, bad parking, construction workers loud music, stomping on floor above us all evening

Filthy! Stayed only one night and that was only because I was exhausted! Ask me for pictures and I will prove how dirty the place was.. ... And you couldn't escape the smell of curry even in the parking lot! Plus people making noise in parking lot

Convient to the hospital Never any hot water said they must have been washing clothes, if that's the case they wash clothes all day and night, TV in first room wouldn't work had someone come twice to reconnect the internet

The room was filthy. No iron, no cold water. It took them two days to get a different room. There was no real breakfast. Second room had no towels. The tub was separated from the floor. The ad said no deposit was required. When I got there they insisted on a deposit and told me I could complain if I didn’t like it.
