Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful!!!

Room was in great shape. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was at the most was an unavailable meal. Parking was full and not much room to maneuver in the lot.

Complimentary items such as tissues, soaps and breakfast was in short supply. Bed was clean but the floor could have been seeeped and vacuumed

Immediately upon checking in there was German roaches in our room. We were switched to another room where my daughter woke up with bug bites all over her!

It is very convenient from the Interstate and close to Cracker Barrel. Staff is very friendly! There were no sugar substitutes available at the breakfast. There was only sugar. I don’t use sugar so I was not able to have coffee this morning. I usually travel with some of my own but didn’t have any. Very disappointing. I know they had some my last stay in April.

There where roaches in the room

Great location, buffet, comfortable beds. Check out clerk was very nice. My check in experience wasn't the greatest with the front desk clerk, but is all good. I feel she's one of those people that should not work with the public.

Leaving... The room the service the vending machines were broken the floors were nasty the staff are on drugs the lady at the front was not nice at all the first room I got the floor was wet from the a/c leaking the lady thought i did it after I told her I didn't do nothing she told me it want like that when she was just in that room the lamp had a short in it...

The breakfast was good the price was good the location was great. If my room had been cleaned properly. The towel was old not white at all. The air conditioning unit was not very cold.

El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, pero TODAS LAS TOALLAS estaban manchadas y sucias. Daba asco usarlas. La ropa de cama no eran blancas, sino gris. Muy descontenta con el servicio pues uno va al lugar a dormir y bañarse.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly desk agents both check in and out. Came to breakfast at 8:30 (open until 9) and there were no hot items refilled in the buffet, so I had cereal.

We were kinda in a bind, our kitchen caught on fire, and needed a place to stay. We had our little chihuahua with us and with all this going on, the Best Western turned out to be just what we needed. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was wonderful. And our stay was as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all the wonderful help and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. Our bed was comfortable. Places to eat and shop were close by. The price was high for this hotel in this area. Walls were a bit thin. Poolside was noisy but it did die down into the night.
