Baymont by Wyndham Crestview

El hotel y las habitaciones tienen un aspecto pésimo; hay mucha humedad y un olor horrible a drogas, y las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. No lo recomiendo.

Ok so to start the pictures on the website don’t look nothing like the place at all. The place is rundown. I was a solo traveling female and I didn’t feel to safe staying there but it was all I could afford. The room smelled so bad like old cigarette smell and other drugs. The room had no towels when I checked in but I was so tired I didn’t care til the next day. The room was dirty. I don’t see how this place has good ratings.

The lady at the front desk working 6/29 was great with checking in and helping me with extra stuff

Room was dirty, didn’t not have enough towels for a night . Sheets were dirty seemed like they had mold in it . Common surfaces were not cleaned properly. However the night front receptionist was very nice !

We booked this accommodation while we were on the road arriving after midnight. We only saw one staff member which issued our keys to us. The room was in terrible condition cigarette holes in the pillows. The sheets were stretched and coming apart. The walls had holes the lighting didn’t all work. There was blood on one of the walls beside the toilet. Despite it saying that smoking was not allowed, the room was already pre-smoked in and stunk terribly of both cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. The blinds had to be rigged so they would close The refrigerator was operational but the door was all rusted up as was the interior rack. There was an over all concern about the safety of our vehicle as well due to the local occupants.

There was trash on the ground, there was no ice machine but they said if we needed ice that it was in an ice chest in the hall which we saw a child dipping into with a container. There was no attendant present when we arrived but a sign said to call a number and then they came to check us in. They were friendly. The room had very outdated dark spotted carpet. A chair had a big tear in the fabric of the arm. A roach was in the bathroom floor. The lights flickered but came on like they had warned us at the front desk that they would. It was very noisy outside but that was the guests being rowdy around the pool which we were near but up on the 2nd floor so it was below us. I had booked it from the pictures and knew it was non refundable but was not worried. I won't stay there again. We left and rented a different room at a different hotel and paid again.

Convenient location to Crestview southbound. Helpful night staff. Non existent day staff. Breakfast was late opening and there was no milk for the cereal. Chair in room had damage like it had been cut with a knife and the desk had been repaired but the wood was not finished. Decent for the price, better at a lower price.

I couldn't get the receptionist on the phone to confirm my reservation. Nor could i confirm for a late check in

My expectations were not met. I expected to see the rooms that I saw on the website. The check-in process was easy but when I got to my room, I could not take the smell of the room because of my allergies.I’m afraid I could not sleep there and ask for a refund.

The location is perfect, close to everything shopping wise... The sheets appeared to be clean but the room was not. The microwave had a Whataburger sandwich inside of it, and there were gnats flying around inside of the microwave. There were flying and crawling insects in the room. There was four of us and when we arrived there were only three bath towels in the room one Face towel and one hand towel. The first morning we used what towels we had. Before leaving the room we saw the cleaning people outside so we placed our towels outside so they wouldn't get left behind. They didn't replace the tiles nor did they come in and take the trash out the floor needed to be swept and vacuum before we got there there was visible trash on the floor in the bathroom. The rooms are supposed to be smoke-free. But I observe the male housekeepers going in the rooms with lit cigarettes in their mouth and letting the door close behind them. We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Monday morning. They had a sign on the pool door saying down for maintenance until Saturday. I was severely bitten by bugs while I stayed there and have to go to the hospital today for a shot because I am completely covered in bumps. This by far is the my worst experience staying in a hotel I will never stay at a Baymont Wyndham ever again.

Bad location only one door Room has a Rochs

Nothing It was filthy and the bedding and towels were dirty. It smelled like pot smoke, cigarettes and dirty room smells. It is used as a party hotel and people were up partying in rooms till all hours.

The staff was good it was in a good location and I enjoyed my stay for the most part I paid 300 and something dollars because it had a hot tub in the room when I got there and went to check in he told me the hot tub didn't work so if they knew the hot tub didn't work why would they let me rent the room and pay that extra money for the hot tub and that's what really upset me because I was looking forward to the hot tub but I could have paid $200 for a room without the hot tub but I chose to get the room with the hot tub and the hot tub didn't even work and they didn't tell me till I got there if they knew it didn't work they should put that room out of order

Comfotable bed. Clean room. No cups or soap. Very noisy guests.

Everything I wanted to get out do was in the right location The room could've been upgraded to look and be better

I like veona the manager and the night ship guy man. He was awesome. Really? Everything was good. They can't get a juice machine for breakfast. I've been standing at that place. That's my spot. I'd like the place. That's a great spot, but I wish they would fix the 4 trims

We didn't eat breakfast. It looked poorly.
