Stayed at the end of the 4th of July weekend. Room was very good, but the common areas were disappointingly dirty.

It was a really mixed bag. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the owners need to put some money into this place. The common areas were as rundown as any hotel I’ve ever been in (bags of trash were everywhere all the time), though the room was pretty clean.

Our room smelled; The carpet was stained very bad. Kids enjoyed breakfast.

Clean room and bathroom. Good cold A/C. 2 restaurants close by. Great breakfast!

My room didn’t have a shower curtain. As I was leaving the room, the cleaning staff handed me the shower curtain to put on myself. Additionally, there wasn’t any warm breakfast available for the duration of my stay due to the stove being broke.

Am requesting full refund. Our reservation was denied. We were not allowed to stay. The desk person, was not competent to process the situation. Numerous excuses that absolutely made no sense. Expect a resolution asap as our reservation was paid in full. Note, had a 92 year old mother and our pregnant daughter with us. We were rudely turned away.
