The stay was nice, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Bed was a little squeaky but still slept ok.

The rooms were very clean. Everything worked properly breakfast was delightful and everyone who worked there was very helpful, courteous and patient.

Price good but not Hilton. Beds very uncomfortable. Older place. Continental. Toast. Waffle you make yourself period. No eggs bacon.. had to stop by office to get key mine wouldn't open my door frustrating. Other than that people nice

Didn’t like, however, that there was mold on the shower walls and that we had to request daily housekeeping for towels and trash pick-up.

When I get there to check in , they told me my reservations were canceled. They didn’t try to accommodate us or anything, it was like, reservations canceled, oh well. They said they didn’t have any contact information for me. I provided my email & phone number when I booked. It was an inconvenience, especially driving 3hrs with kids.We had to ride around looking for a hotel/motel. With it being a holiday weekend, everything was filled.

Strong odor in room later found out bug killer as evidence by dead coachroach laying on bathroom floor. Also found ants crawling around bath tub and other areas of room. Informed manager immediately and would only refund deposit. Insurance policy for room but waiting to hear if it will cover this type of situation.

Staff is nice only complaint is the ac being loud and when it rains the water comes into the room other than that it’s pretty ok

The property was older, but has been very well maintained and updated. The room was very clean. The breakfast, I thought, was a little stingy. There were five pieces of bread for toast and five pieces of cinnamon bread for toast, and a total of six bananas. They went quickly and were not replaced, at least not before we left. I thought it was a very good value for money though.

So dirty we went to the room and immediately left and went to another hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this place to someone I hate. Looks straight out of American horror story. Dump motel is what they should rename this place. 1/10 don’t stay!!!

The booking was seamless. Easy accessible room. Everything that I requested I received. Nice clean room large king size bed. My husband & myself slept very well. The staff were so nice, kind & helpful as always. We stay here everytime we come to Crestview. I highly recommend. Also it's nearby a lot of great places to eat. Another recommendation try Stewby's Seafood off of Ferdon Blvd. delicious food.
