Good overall experience for a quick stay.

We really enjoyed the breakfast! We could also tell when the regular chef was not working! It was still good, just not the same.The bed was very comfortable. Also, the morning staff was very friendly. We checked in on a Tuesday afternoon. According to the pamphlet, the room would be serviced after our third night. That would have been Friday, and it did not happen. I called the front desk and asked about it Friday evening, and she said it would get taken care of the next day. It also did not happen again. I then called to have some towels and washcloths brought to the room. On top of that, our trash was never picked up, we had two full trash cans, plus we recycle, so that was a large bag that was not accounted for as trash.

Good location with a lot of restaurants around. Breakfast included, but we didn't eat, looked good. Bed was comfortable. Room was very spacious and updated, clean. Tv didn't have a lot of options. The guide had no info, and there were no streaming services, but that's about it

Breakfast is fabulous with hot and cold options. Parking is free and plentiful. The outside pool looked nice, though we did not use it as well as fitness center. Other guests had small dog that they took into the hall at 1230am, 130 am, and 230am (times approximated to hour). It barked loudly and very shrill, waking us up each time.

Front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall the food at the breakfast buffet was good. When I had a problem at the. Breakfast buffet, staff was hard to find and seemed put out that I had needed assistance.

Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Bedding had a funny odor, not smelly, but weird. There was a weird vibration in the wall, maybe ac.

Summer was very helpful when I had made a mistake on my booking through Hotels.com, I realized I had the wrong date as soon as I booked the room. She immediately made the correction with no charges or extra fees, something she didn’t have to do. Hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable and staff was very nice.

They were able to help us get 2 rooms on the same floor as walk ins.

The disabled access room was very nice and accommodated my mother's disability quite well with the exception of an appropriate seating. There should always be a reclining chair or a high-backed chair with an ottoman for disabled guests. My mother is not able to sleep horizontally in a bed so a reclining chair with armrests is the best way for her to sit and sleep without having to wake up someone to help her to get up and to ambulate through the room. That should be available in every disability access room.
