I liked that the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. It was very quite and felt like we were the only ones there, but when walking around seen more people. We usually are very friendly and enjoy making friends at the pool. When we utilized the pool there was no one there, and it was sandy at the bottom. Needed to be cleaned a little bit.

The only issue was temperature in room Ac unit programming cause temperature swings not lead to discomfort.

We stayed here to be close to the TPC River Highlands golf course. It was super convenient. It is well situated to get around to many different towns to do day trips and big box shops. The restaurants within walking distance are delicious - namely, Mizzu Asian, The Cromwell Diner, Cafe Fiore just to name a few. The staff, especially Paula welcomed us (and our packages!) with a smile and an air of ensuring we were comfortable during our stay. The laundry is 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole property, which was a slight struggle. Parking is free and convenient. The hotel is 3 levels. The bistro and Starbucks is very convenient. Would we stay here again,,, most likely when visiting CT; however, the rooms (especially the bathrooms) are due for upgrade. Thank you to Jose (fixing our AC) and Paula making our stay pleasant.

Clean and convenient location - Chilis adjacent was helpful for a late dinner. Most importantly, the front desk attendant was very helpful, friendly and anticipated our needs.

I was extremely disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The microwave was unclean, and my children were subjected racial profiling by another guest. When my daughter brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the toilet was clogged for the majority of our stay.i am extremely disappointed I am on limited income and I had a terrible experience
