The staff was a highlight of my stay. Anytime I needed a comforter, towels or had questions they were quick and attentive. The problem started with the elevators. I want to say despite what I am about to list I would stay at another springhill. One elevator had a bad smell and both shuddered when stopping on each floor. The sheet in my room was stained with red. The bathroom wall was bowing and coming apart. Turning the water on involved lifting the handle and crashing it into the mirror. When watching Netflix the TV reset mid show. It then asked me to restart the TV and sign in again. Breakfast involved small apples, bruised oranges and Tabasco that wouldn’t leave the bottle. Leaving was a breeze I dropped the key off at the desk. I’ll be back, hopefully there will be improvements.

Always a great place to stay! The room is clean, very comfy beds, excellent hot and cold breakfast options, awesome staff, and it is a great safe location. Highly recommended.
