Breakfast was fantastic

Convenient

It was a great stay, friendly staff and easy check in process. The rooms were nice and spacious. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast as they did not have any yogurt.
-
Breakfast area was accommodating and food was hot, fresh and good.

The stay at hotel was great. But Booking.com screwed my reservation up again and I had to call customer service. Customer service with booking.com was terrible. They lied and said they were calling the hotel several times to verify my stay but yet I was standing in front of clerks. She verified the number she was supposedly calling. Then told me it could take up to 45 minutes before they could verify my reservation by email even though I prepaid. I told Booking to cancel my reservation and then I booked direct with Comfort Suites. I will not use Booking.com anymore.

Location was great! The air was not working properly in our room. We arrived @3pm, it was set on 74 and the temp was 76, as a few hours passed, the temperature in the room kept climbing. We notified staff @6 that it was 78 in our room, and she was not friendly at all. (She was The only one that wasn’t) She accused us of turning it down farther than it needed to be, and we hadn’t messed with it at all. Overall the hotel was clean, the beds were quite hard, none of our party slept well.

Clean great location

2. The room doors slam loudly if not held. 3. Fake cream cheese! It would not be a surprise at lower end hotels, but a was disappointment for here.

Crap customer service.

The room was very clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Located close to the interstate. I did not feel safe as a solo traveler at this location. The first room I had looked like someone tried to pry the deadbolt off. They switched me rooms but that dead bolt was on the verge of coming off too. Whenever I checked out, someone had tried to pry my gas cover off. Didn't feel safe as a female solo traveler.

Someone above us up till 1:30 am jumping and running , made 4 calls to the front desk and never did anything about it. No compensation for this, horrible service.
