Front desk staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Hole in the wall was patched and not painted. Old water leak in ceiling and not repaired.

They only will take your garbage out and clean your room every three days unless you request it I did request it and they still didn’t come. I had to call the front desk to tell them I needed towels. I needed my garbage out so they got kind of aggravating to have to constantly call about something I already informed them about the staff upfront at the desk was very helpful. They tried to do everything they could for me it was just the help during the day not cleaning the rooms changing the bed linens or anything I asked for.

We did not stay there. The cancelation was supposed to stop the charges. Booking.com charged us 128.03. We can't get a refund since the hotel has no record of us staying there. We did not stay there. Booking.com keeps adding roadblocks on the refund.

It was a great stay, friendly staff and easy check in process. The rooms were nice and spacious. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast as they did not have any yogurt.

The stay at hotel was great. But Booking.com screwed my reservation up again and I had to call customer service. Customer service with booking.com was terrible. They lied and said they were calling the hotel several times to verify my stay but yet I was standing in front of clerks. She verified the number she was supposedly calling. Then told me it could take up to 45 minutes before they could verify my reservation by email even though I prepaid. I told Booking to cancel my reservation and then I booked direct with Comfort Suites. I will not use Booking.com anymore.

The room was huge! Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was fantastic.

Location was great! The air was not working properly in our room. We arrived @3pm, it was set on 74 and the temp was 76, as a few hours passed, the temperature in the room kept climbing. We notified staff @6 that it was 78 in our room, and she was not friendly at all. (She was The only one that wasn’t) She accused us of turning it down farther than it needed to be, and we hadn’t messed with it at all. Overall the hotel was clean, the beds were quite hard, none of our party slept well.
