Very disappointed in the stay.upon arrival I stood in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for someone to come check me in or atleast acknowledge that a customer was there. Get room key and everything is down hill from there. Room was dirty and had a musty odor. Was supposed to be a none smoking room, but had cigarette burns on the bedding. Tried to make the best of it since I had a late check in, but at 8:45 AM this morning was woke up to someone pounding on the door. “HOUSE KEEPING”.keep in mind check out wasn’t until 11:00am. This place has no regard for personal space or privacy. Don’t waste your time, energy or money on this . Person at front desk was made aware of these issues, and of course didn’t care they got their money.

The bed was clean and mostly comfortable but it should be more than that. The bathroom ceiling had mold, the bathroom door had holes kicked in it, the water tasted rusty, blood? on the carpet, room door didn't close very securely, room door latch was broken, to feel safe I put the large sitting chair in front of the door and tied the handle with my belt, walls are really thin. - you can hear everything going on.

The room was not clean trash, not taken out trash in the floor. One bed was not made up all the way all the pillows were on the other bed silly string on the ceiling but other than that it was not a bad stay for the price Goode location breakfast was very good.

Our room on the second floor was quiet, clean and comfortable. All appliances worked well and the staff was kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

It was good. Except for the baby crying next-door for half a night.
