Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was abundant, well stocked and kept replenished. Room was clean and very comfortable. Free parking is always a plus.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great, Overall, we had a great stay.

Check on was quick and easy!

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was same as most hotels. When leaving in the morning be ready to compete with the cleaning staff for use of the elevator.

Everything was excellent. The water pressure was so hard you couldn't stand it in room 320. They assured us they would get it fixed before we return.

Needed a hair dryer in the room, but all else as great. Check in was easy and the evening desk person was SUPER helpful. Accidentally left my glasses in the room, and when I called they had them and we’re ready to coordinate mailing them back to me. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

We had three rooms, one of them was not what we had reserved so we were one bed short and had to use an air mattress. Trash can as walking in was over flowing and is a bad look, pool wasn’t open which was a disappointment to our kids. Price was good but expected a little nicer accommodations.

The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the laundry facilities were convenient and sufficient for our needs. Overall, everything about our stay was great. This hotel was perfect for our travel needs, and we would definitely book here again.

Right off the Interstate, clean rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff and great price! Worth the stay !

It was awful. Check-in clerk was unhelpful. Room dirt and I got bug bites. Worst ever and we travel a lot and us. Hampton.

Easy parking, good location. Older hotel.

Everything and everyone was great. The room and hotel were clean and we were very satisfied.

Stayed with 2 young kids and no working TV and the girl at the desk said ""I don't know what to tell you." The shower drain was backed up and the ac sounded like I truck was running in the room. Not a good experience

The best hotel we use!

Nice clean comfortable room, easy access, easy on off from highway. Little noisey. I wast next to kitchen banging in kitchen at 3 am woke me up. It was windy so the chain on the flagpole was banging right out in front of my ground floor room. And the room alarm clock was set and went off at 5:28 am.

Needs extreme remodel. Very old. Sinks didn’t drain. Felt dirty. Multiple families with a team stayed at this location and everyone had the same issues. Not having luck booking through Travelocity lately. Need more true reviews.
