One problem with my reservation...I selected a room that "sleeps 5" on the website for our family of 5 (3 preteens, 1 teen). At checkin the gentleman told us it was a room with only 2 beds!! No pull.out, no couch. Luckily he had a cot and did not chg me. But buyer beware!!

The room was really damp even though it seemed brand new. The carpet felt almost wet. It is a fairly new hotel so I expected a little better service and a "dry" room.

It was extremely humid in the room, even with the air conditioning set very cold. Everything seemed damp, especially the carpet. Otherwise, the place was new and clean, but pretty basic.

Conveniently located, just off the interstate but down the main strip so close by all the shops you could need. Very quiet at night with loads of parking if you are travelling with a trailer. Staff were very helpful. Nothing really wrong, other than the room didn't meet expectations after having stayed at another Fairfield a few days earlier.

Breakfast was ok. Oatmeal was watery .coffee was way too strong. The biscuits were very hard. I don’t usually complain about the breakfast but we were disappointed.

This is my 2nd visit to this Fairfield Inn Cullman, AL. Once for a wedding and this time for a volleyball tournament. I love the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the front desk staff! Thank you for another enjoyable stay!

Parking was convenient and secure, fairly new hotel, staff was friendly rooms were clean and modern. I would definitely stay there again.
