Very good!!

I did not like the surprise $53 per night mandatory valet parking fee. They do not offer self parking and I was not aware that there was gonna be that additional charge. I mean, I’m already paying to stay at your hotel, why do I need to pay parking?

Everything was great, from my first walk through the door. When walked to the counter he checked in there were two young ladies there one of them was extremely nice the other one not so nice one lady was helping us in the other one kept budding in letting us know that I had to pay a $75 deposit even before the young lady that helped us had a chance to even go over that with us I'm not sure if she thought that I was trying to get over on her and not which I wasn't didn't even get a chance to ask any questions but the young lady that helped us was extremely nice I think the other lady should have a talk to about her attitude because it was not the best one if I wasn't so tired I probably would have turned around and went someplace else but this day was great when I checked out we had the breakfast wasn't expecting to pay $80 for breakfast so we had the buffet and I did not eat a lot I'm a small eater so I didn't think for the amount that I ate should have been $80 but I paid it I had a great time there

However other staff at reception were more friendly and welcoming so I just made sure to avoid this particular lady . Restaurant staff and everyone at the door was extremely friendly, always willing to help and proactive.

Stayed 2 Queen beds room and it was clean and comfortable with friendly staffs thru out.

We have stayed here a few times now. It is primarily a business hotel, surrounded by busy roads with no nearby facilities. But we like it as generally we haven't had an issue with noise. The hotel has the facilities you may need. It's convenient for LAX and Culver City and Santa Monica are within an easy taxi journey. So overall we like the combination of coat, location and facilities.

This hotel is way better than it needs to be. Clean rooms, nice lobby, great outdoor space and pool. We always stay here when we have a layover in LA.

Its a good hotel not fantastic but OK, dont pay more than 200 per night.
