Location Not being checked in on time. Unfortunately has to wait pass the 3pm check in due to room availability and we arrived at 5am, hoping for early check in.

The bed is comfy, the swimming pool and breakfast are great, and so are the bar and restauramt staff. The staff from reservations and front desk (with some exception) does not pay attention to what we request, their head is on the moon, I had issues since requesting early check in, till requesting late check out, and once booking late check out, my room cards were deactivated after 10am, and I got stuck in the pool area because of that. Had to call several times the Hotel to try to find someone to let me in. Their call center is a scam, you won't get ANY help from them, and you will feel useless. I would not book again this Hotel because the communication there is awful. The location is not great either for tourism.

The staff was nice and the breakfast bar was great but the bathroom was not that clean. The shower was rusted and the tub was stained. Also the wifi was poor and I was not able to connect r to complete work.

the ambience is very nice I enjoyed that you can see the parking spaces from your window so you can keep an eye on your vehicle. lots of stores and food places nearby the hotels right next to a huge shopping mall !! our room keys kept malfunctioning not allowing us to enter our room or leave the parking lot we had to change our keys a total of 3 times which was annoying but the staff was super quick about it and apologized
