Good location. Very close to the mall Bed too high and mattress too soft . We stayed 7 days and breakfast buffet was same every day .

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The room was spacious enough and designed well. However, the walls seemed paper thin and I smelled sewer gas for a while when turning on the sink faucet. This hotel is a reasonable option for someone who doesn’t need amenities. But for a lone traveler with above basic amenity needs, its probably not the ideal choice.

I dislike having to pay $20+ dollars to park. And no one explained how to get in or out with the ticket I got or told me there were more handicapped parking spaces in back. Assuming is not good customer service.

A bit pricey but got what I needed for a quick weekend trip with my grandson. You get what you pay for, Safe, quiet & clean. Front desk was courteous and other than $30 for parking - which is much less than many other hotels, no complaints. I get it but free parking makes a trip in an expensive city far much happier.
