Holiday Inn Express Los Angeles Airport by IHG

comfortable stay. good location and quiet. only complaint is the AC doesn't reach towards the entry area and there's no mirror near the AC so that was a little challenging with this heat wave. Otherwise no complaints. only there for 1 night

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the friendly clerk at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Everything was great from start to finish, and I would definitely stay here again!

Desk staff were very professional and courteous

Staff were all friendly. I came in while it was quite busy. Front desk person (i believe his name was Darby) was super helpful and friendly, even while juggling phone calls, airport pick up requests, and quite a few patrons. Had a great attitude, like all of the other staff i encountered. Room was clean and very comfortable. I felt the price was pretty steep for a Monday, but some rooms around were similarly priced. I ultimately went with this hotel due to reports of ample parking. I arrived around 830p and there were still many spots available. Will stay here again if I ever need to be in the area.

Staff was very helpful! Check in was a breeze!

Overall 8/10

Thank you, ladies, for your outstanding service and for making the morning a pleasant experience! ⭐

Clean, great staff, safe location. Very slow elevators, and not enough parking.

Room was a good size. Bathroom was spacious. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was fine. All in all my stay was enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Quiet, clean, lovely breakfast included with the price

Lobby and rooms were very clean. Staff were nice and helpful!

I was a good stay.

All staff were friendly, accommodating and very hel

Nice hotel

convinient location and clean.

Breakfast was very good, lots of options

Great choice if you’re coming to LA for a weekend or a longer stay

Everything was great except for the parking which doesn’t have much for the amount of guests, and one, of the two elevators, was not functioning, so it left many of the guests having to cramp on one every time it open its doors. Other than that, the stay was really great along with the staff.

There were still strands of a woman's hair on the bath towel.

One of the elevators was not working when we were there
