Holiday Inn Express Los Angeles Airport by IHG

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked having the nightlight in the bathroom. There was a parking overflow lot. Only issue we had was a very slow elevator and we ended up using the stairs. We were on the top floor so it was tiring at times but still faster than the one working elevator. You definitely need a car to get around but all the routes were easy to get to from this location. Nice heated pool but you need to go in through front to use the restrooms in the lobby area.

Great place and great stay in Holiday INN always

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express . The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service from Kelvin. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His attention to detail and dedication to making guests feel welcome truly stood out. Thank you, Kelvin, for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

At my arrival, there was no bell boy to help me but the driver of the shuttle took care.

Location, self checkout bar. Friendly staff. Cable TV that shows World Cup games. Elevator is too slow.

Early check in without extra money

Great place to stay, only complaint was the single elevator during our stay.

The stuff was helpfull, room was clean, breakfast was good The side facing the road is very noisy due to motorcycles constantly driving by—especially in the afternoon—making it impossible to rest. There are 2 elevators, one did not work at all and the other is very, very slow and causes a long wait.

Very close to LAX! Room was clean and quiet. Parking was not great! There were very few spots available. Most of the spots were compact and everyone with a large SUV double parked because they spots were not big enough for those vehicles. This took up valuable parking. The only other option was alley way type parking. We arrived very late after a concert and the security person was very helpful and opened another section for us to park in. Price of the room was a bit steep, but understand that it is summer and FIFA.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the last day in LA. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a good start to the day. Not much.

Easy parking, good breakfast, good location, quiet room. Fridge and microwave was a plus.

Location and nearby 7-11 Windows dont open

The premises are clean, the rooms have air conditioning and heating, there is a breakfast buffet from 6:30am-9:30am, and you can get free toothpaste at the front desk. The parking lot is small but we got lucky and didn’t have to look for street parking.
