Holiday Inn Express Los Angeles Airport by IHG

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast buffet. Conveniently located near LAX. Our only complaint was the long wait for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.

The only downside is only one working elevator and there were many people staying at the hotel. Also the restaurant area was on the small side . Very close to LAX.

Had an emergency and booked a few hours before check in and the staff let us check in early and accommodated us very well. The breakfast and the shuttle to the airport were great and very useful. Will be staying here again just because it was so great!

The only concern I had with the hotel was the one of the two elevators was out of service throughout my 5-day stay, and the one working elevator died one morning. Several guests were trapped for about an hour until rescued by the LA Fire Department. I would nevertheless recommend this hotel, with the one caution that you might want to request a room on a lower floor.

I loved everything about this location. The Staff was super sweet, professional, knowledgeable and extremely available. From reception , buffet ( best biscuits and gravy I ever had) to transportation .. Thank you for an amazing stay❗️💜🩷

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked having the nightlight in the bathroom. There was a parking overflow lot. Only issue we had was a very slow elevator and we ended up using the stairs. We were on the top floor so it was tiring at times but still faster than the one working elevator. You definitely need a car to get around but all the routes were easy to get to from this location. Nice heated pool but you need to go in through front to use the restrooms in the lobby area.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express . The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service from Kelvin. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His attention to detail and dedication to making guests feel welcome truly stood out. Thank you, Kelvin, for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

At my arrival, there was no bell boy to help me but the driver of the shuttle took care.
