Everything was great. Good value and a good place for a single traveler. Clean!! Non smoking room smelled like old smoke and the air was kinda damp, but everything was clean. Breakfast was a muffin lol.

Couldn't check in until 4:15 p.m. on Sept 25th. Only one dace cloth was in the bathroom. Carlos, the front desk person was able to resolve this issue in no time. Day 2 which was the 26th, housekeeping forgot or neglected to change the bedding and make the bed up. They also left no hand towels in bathroom. Two face cloths and three bath towels were left. Other than these to complaints, the overall stay was good. Not great, but good.

Old building in a commercial neighborhood, but the rooms have been remodel at some point.

The receptionist daisy was very helpful and rectified my issues as soon as she was aware of them ! My first room was all ready occupied by a lone male, the door was ajar when I entered and encountered said male in bed ! My second room was in the first floor and the balcony door did not close properly or lock, as a lone female traveller this made me feel very vulnerable! My third room was adequate, clean and bed was comfortable! But by this time having tried two rooms already , I was very unsettled and worried.

Walking in the room smelled just like a casino nothing but cigarettes smell overpowering. The door to the restroom made it difficult to enter the shower being that one of the shower doors was glued shut so to turn on the water without having access to the side where you turn on the water you were soaked due to reaching from the other side of the shower, hopefully that makes since. One last thing the wall where the air conditioner was looks like it was being damaged possibly by termites, not a good look. This was just this room. I've stayed before and had a better room, just wanted to point out some things that may be an easy fix.

The room was perfect. Clean. Cool. And calm. Exactly what I needed.

The staff was very nice . The shower pressure was great and powerful, the bed was very comfortable many pillows. The breakfast has a variety you can choose from. The room was clean my overall experience I loved it I will go back again.

Nice clean stay only thing I didn’t care for was the warehouse next door , pretty noisy overall good stay.
