Everything was bad. I ask for a smoke free room and the lady gave me a horrible smoke room. The smell was so strong that my throat hurt. Cigar stain everywhere. Bed was nasty. Im sorry but is the worst place I ever stayed. Very loud too. Never again Nothing

It was pretty so solid, was able to cook dinner in pjs for rest of night for real one of the best nights of my life, remembered forever. Thank you to the special people closest to me and warmest holiday wishes! I didn’t like the doormat to wipe for feet at thefrntdoorand the way the showers were set up.

This place should not be called a hotel. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and dishonest hotel in the United States. The staff treated guests poorly and tried to force customers to pay in cash, ignoring the payment that had already been made through Booking.com. They acted as if the Booking.com reservation did not matter and attempted to charge me again. This business is misleading, untrustworthy, and provides a terrible customer experience. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
