Best Western Airpark Hotel - LAX Airport LA  Stadium

All the staff were very helpful. Front desk was amazing she knew the area and was able to give us directions and the best way to get around. Great job!

Staff was great from reception to housekeeping and also breakfast was amazing make sure you tip the staff if they make you waffles don’t be cheap !! Stayed 2 days would stay again. A little on the pricier side rooms but good amenities

That it was near SoFi I will never stay here ever again, the pictures of the property make it seem like it’s updated but once you get inside it’s an old property and not renovated, the floors are uneven the carpet is nasty and dirty and as soon as you walk in the room it smells the beds and pillows are low quality and uncomfortable and the worst part is that they don’t have enough parking spaces for every room. I got back from being out at 3 in the morning and found no parking the guy in the lobby said there was nothing he could do and told me to park out on the street I was alone and this part of town is unsafe so basically he was throwing me to the wolves out there I demanded a refund since I would sleep in my car and he said that was not an option

There was a rude young receptionist the night that I arrived as you all know the first impression is everything. Then after the other gentlemen in the front desk very polite and friendly. Not even leaving a glass of water in a hotel room is a big big shame. The cost is little cheaper then HİLTON names hotels but the quality can not be lower I guess. Just to have clients they have breakfast include but what they serve as breakfast is just like a mean word that say to you. What ever you do you need to do with love. I guess this place is very expensive for that quality. I regret not to pay 25$ more per night for Hilton. Welcoming is the main key of an hotel. Living a little bottle of water is the reflection of your love to for your business. May be the host need to take a pill as he/she enters to the room. To earn 1-2 $ more this is the best way to loose a Clint. In the bathroom the there were shampoo, conditioner but the body wash bottle was totally empty. I guess they mean “shampoo is enough to clean yourself up, don’t know how much does it cost to refill the body wash?” Breakfast tables were dirty, disposable cutlery and plates, But “ save planet use les water sign in the bathroom philosophy is so fake” When you enter the room at night there is a smell comes from the bathroom like smell of sewage.. The only reason I didn’t give 1 but 4 is that the bed was clean and comfortable..

Room was clean but very old and outdated. The floors were squeaky and uneven. The mini fridge didn’t work or at least couldn’t cool things very well. Ac unit worked well, blew nice cold air.

its okay Room looked nothing like the photos. Carpet was filthy as if was not cleaned for a while. bathroom had pink mold build up. Bed wasn't the greatest and was too noisy from guests stomping around above us. Definitely did not get good sleep.

Yes we come this hotel since 2025 we always stay here everything is great the people work at the hotel super nice helpful and super respectful love feel like my house clean good costumer service breakfast ok can feel you for the day 😀

Loud area. Bathroom door kinda busted. Wifi way too slow and unusable. Pretty bad area to be in too.
