Nothing to write about, but cheap, clean, spacious, and convenient for the airport

Woke up to a big bug crawling on my table around my food… Room looked okay from th start but the more you stay the more things stop getting overlooked. Service was mediocre, food was mediocre, motel experience for hotel prices. Got premium options and got below-motel experience.

My stay was great. I had no issues until I got my receipt. Be sure to know everything they charge for. I was billed $500 for parking for 4 nights. There’s also a bunch of fees and crazy taxes billed to my account. I thought I was paying $1,085 but my bill was $1,499 in the end. I’ll never stay there again because of that.

Loved the room. Excellent shower. Good extra living space. Impressed by the internal courtyard space for eating. Appreciated the free snacks and drink as a welcome. Free breakfast and airport shuttle was very handy. Only minus was the condition of the pool area - looked a bit run down - but the pool itself was fine. Convenient place for an overnight stay between flights at LAX.

Clean, great location, quiet. Staff was extremely helpful when we had an emergency and had to extend our stay. Parking was easy and always available.

You have to ask for housekeeping. Even if you put the housekeeping sign on. Weird.

This hotel was great. Easy location to the airport, complimentary drinks during happy hour, amazing breakfast in the morning (they had an omelette station made to order), the room was very spacious. The only negative thing was it was very loud inside from the outside. I'm not sure if the windows need to be redone or what but we heard everything. And yes I know we were near the airport but I lived in a flight path before and this place was louder than that.

Location, spacious room, breakfast Someone in the hotel was rude to me while i was staying. He was a member of the airport shuttle service having a meeting in one of the conference rooms. The Aero bistro did not meet my expectations, the food was not good.

Location was good with proximity to the airport. For the amount of money we paid for a room I was quite disappointed in the standard. It was not very clean, the little market was super expensive, it was difficult to get hold of essentials, the staff was very blunt and unhelpful when we asked for help. The pool was pretty average.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the staff and the overall level of service. At check-in, the receptionist did not explain the breakfast hours to us at all. The following morning, we came down for breakfast at around 9:05 AM, only to find out that breakfast had ended at 9:00 AM that day. When I asked the staff member who was serving breakfast about it, she simply and rather indifferently told me that breakfast is usually served until 10:00 AM, but that on that particular day it was only until 9:00 AM. What disappointed us the most was not even missing breakfast, but the complete lack of interest or hospitality. She did not apologize for the misunderstanding, offer any explanation, or even make an effort to see whether there might still be something available for us to eat. We did not expect or demand anything, but a little kindness and willingness to help would have made a big difference. Overall, the attitude of the staff made us feel quite unwelcome, which was disappointing.

So nice and beautifully clean The guy who helped wasent very helpful just asked for my name card and just gave me my key and looked like he was upset about something. So I had to pay for parking which I didn’t know that if I stayed there it was for free so got over charged for that . Then I didn’t like that u needed ur key card to use the elevator he also didn’t explain that to me so me and my family were stuck in an elevator for a bit till another customer came in and told us we needed to scan our card to make it move .

Hotel was older and the staff was kind but the beds were hard and squeaked. Keep us up most of the night. The parking fees were so high. Pay for the room and then get charged $63 to park over night.

Our stay was great! The check in parking situation could use some improvement. Cars were stacking up down the street waiting to check in. Everything else was cool. The restaurant on site was pretty good and had a decent selection of food. My daughter stayed the night and my parents visited. It was a great stay. A bonus was the drink tickets at check in. That totally made my day! That and the made to order omelets for breakfast.

Very nice facility with great service and good food. Nice and comfortable The parking fees are excessive and unnecessary. The taxes are ridiculous
