Friendly , helpful staff.

We had a pleasant stay at Embassy Suites. The room was generally clean, and the staff were excellent; friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a few areas that could use some updating. The tissue container in the bathroom looked quite old, some of the furniture had scratches, and the refrigerator was dated and did not close tightly. We also noticed a slight cigar/smoke smell in the room. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay, especially the made-to-order counter. This was one of the main reasons we chose Embassy Suites over other hotels and we really enjoyed having freshly made options. That said, compared with our experience at Embassy Suites in San Francisco, we felt the breakfast selection here was a little more limited. The fruit selection could be improved and we would have preferred real plates rather than paper plates, as they use real plates at the San Francisco location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the wonderful staff and excellent made-to-order breakfast. With some updates to the rooms and a few improvements to the breakfast presentation and selection, this hotel could be even better.

Very clean room staff was very helpful we dropped of our luggage before check in as we headed into the city the breakfast was also really good overall great experience.

I like the hotel alot and it was very clean and comfortable. Only thing I did not like was you have to pay $63 a day for parking which really adds up. Overall it was a nice stay.

I liked the suite. It was more comfortable than just a hotel room. It was close to the airport, which made traveling easy.

I liked the free airport shuttle. I liked the continental breakfast and evening reception. The room was big and clean. I liked they had a paid shuttle service for the concert. It is far from a lot of activities in LA.
