We primarily stay at Embassy Suites because of the Happy Hour and breakfast. The happy hour was 1 drink and beer or wine only. The snacks consisted of chips/salsa, pretzel mix, and carrots and ranch. We were told breakfast started at 6am, but it wasn't until 7am and we had to leave by 6:30am so we basically missed everything we came for. Also bummed there wasn't a bathtub.

Breakfast was good and staff were accommodating

I could not sleep well. The guess next to my room were up all through the night and slamming doors... i told front desk and did smiled at me and did absolutely nothing. The noise comtunined on throughout my stay. Not to mention my rentAcar was a bad experience as well.

The stay was OK. the breakfast being over at 9 AM was ridiculous not everybody gets up that early during the summer.

Just exceptional in every way. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Especially loved the Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries.

The room had an unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. There was residue inside the refrigerator, so we didn't feel comfortable using it at all. The sofa bed was by far the biggest disappointment. It was not in a condition that anyone could comfortably sleep on. It constantly squeaked with every movement, and the mattress had completely lost its support. It was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom faucet was already loose when we checked in, and on the morning of our departure it came completely off. Since we had an 8:00 AM flight, I simply informed the front desk during check-out instead of requesting maintenance. The conditioner dispenser was empty, and housekeeping was available only upon request. My disappointment actually started at check-in. The front desk staff was not welcoming, and several additional charges—including a "Workers Protection Fee" and a $70 per night parking fee—were added without any explanation. I don't mind paying extra fees, but guests deserve to know what they are being charged for. Overall, there was honestly nothing about this stay that met my expectations. I'm not sure if this reflects hotels in Los Angeles in general or just this particular Embassy Suites, but it was far below the standards I have come to expect from the Embassy Suites brand. I booked this hotel because I trusted the brand, but

The hotel needs some room upgrades. It was noisy and the beds were uncomfortable.
-
Staff not very helpful. Poor shuttle service and not hotel exclusive.
-
Excellent service at the front desk Benjamin won’t be on duty

We had 2 rooms and stayed here with our 6 kids. The pool was warm, but the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was great. They kept the doors all locked amd not accessible foe the public. That made us feel a lot safer than we thought we would be.
-
Ok location, too noisy. Hotel looks old. Limited breakfast and bar hours. Service to rooms“upon request”. Too expensive. Hilton next door is much better and less expensive. Bad experience

I stayed here twice in the last month and both rooms were very clean, staff was nice and helpful from front desk to maintenance and kitchen. Breakfast is not bad and I like the open concept. Kitchen staff were all great and helpful. They move so quickly to. Everything was great except the cost of parking a vehicle. I believe my first stays was $89 a night and my second stay was $60. A bit too pricey for having to park your own vehicle. They have the Bay Area beat w/these prices! Still a great hotel though.
