Beautiful hotel, the room were very clean and updated bathroom and furniture.

Very convenient there’s a free shuttle that takes me here from the LAX airport. Room is nice, clean, and I love the amazing breakfast.

I liked the place it was clean and the pool area was really nice. Having a Starbucks was awesome. The only thing was checking in took too long but it was busy. Shuttle driver very nice and patient... Tip the guy ppl he is lifting all these heavy luggage.

Every thing was great as far as amenities and overall stay. The only problem is the thin floor s, I could her the room above me open and close the bathroom door each time they went into it.

Upon check in we were not informed that there would be a $500 deposit which was shocking to us and then upon check out we received an additional bill for $112 for services charges that the LA county itself imposes which wasn’t transparent either so that was quite disappointing.
