A great hotel close to the airport. The shuttle service was very convenient and worked perfectly. The hotel is also really well insulated, because with the doors closed we couldn’t hear the planes at all. We slept very well. The gym was great too, and having a Starbucks inside the hotel was very convenient. Nothing really, we had a very comfortable stay.

Great sized room with very comfortable beds. Amazing pool area Lovely staff Quiet and free shuttle from/to LAX No Wifi unless you joined their Hotel Club Lighting in room.

I love the property it’s a bit big for my taste but as a business traveler I’m ok trading off for convenience This is the fist time I ran into a few housekeeping carts in the hallways when I was making my way to the airport at 6 am — no biggie but probably something worth commenting about to management … I had big luggage and the carts made it difficult to move around

The entire reason to stay at an airport hotel is to have easy access to the airport. If there is a line 50 deep to get on the shuttle, and a 30 minute wait, it kind of defeats the whole purpose of staying there, Ended up taking an Uber. I will stay in Santa Monica next time.
